Nordstrom, King of Prussia PA

Josh helped me pick out a number of items for my wardrobe. He has an amazing sense of style. Would highly recommend.

I always have great customer service experience when shopping at Nordstrom. They will also have really good sales on select items from time to time, as well as their awesome anniversary sale they have each year. They have a great selection of clothes for everyone in the family and a great shoe department. I highly recommend shopping here!

Nordstrom in general does not have items that I need nor want however, due to the holiday, I found myself shopping here. The overall store was clean and seemed to be stocked appropriately however the restrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper in the stalks, waste paper and such all over the floors and multiple sinks not working. With this being a high end store, I did expect more.

Great customer service. I ordered something online and was shipped the wrong product. The gentleman that helped me out was extremely helpful and was able to get the coat that I ordered for my wife to me in a fast time. I do find it really intense how locked up the jackets are. I do have to say that it is really sad that they have to do that and people are stealing that much. Maybe it would look nice if they put them in a glass container

No great deals and a lack of customer service. Very few check out registers operational, which created excessive waits to purchase items. A waste of time, better deals at the King of Prussia Mall.

Brittany (sp?) in men's sportswear went above and beyond for me to get me a sweater I wanted/needed. Amazing customer service and a fun person, overall. She was multitasking with another customer and absolutely killing it. Thank you Brittany! You are great. I'm sorry if I am butchering the spelling of your name. If you're shopping in the men's department, ask for her. She will get s**t done.

Ecco shoes, which have disintegrating soles, does not stand behind it's products nor attempt to accommodate the needs of a Physically Disabled American.

After 20 years of exclusive Ecco shoe wearing - I am done with Ecco, US.

Always a fun shopping experience, especially right before the holidays. They procure a diverse array of current brands for both men and women. I was even jealous of the men's section for having such cool and interesting apparel/shoes/gadgets!

I come to this Nordstrom regularly at least once a month as well as ordering online regularly. Today I has the worst service. I had an online return that the employee returned to a card that should’ve have been. Then I made a purchase and the item was missing the price tag. After I looked at my purchase history on the app I realize the employee rang me up for the wrong item when she went to grab a tag. The item she charged me for was more
Expensive than the item I was actually buying. The customer service was even not so great today. Never had an experience like this at this location before. Very very unhappy.

I recently used the Nordstrom style help (personal shopper) program and the make up assistant program and I could not be happier. (I also only shop for bras at Nordstrom because of their unbelievable customer assistance.) The stylist helped me find a perfect outfit for a social event, and the make up associate did my make up, and it looked great. From now on, this is how I’m shopping for clothes.

What can I say, it’s Nordy! My favorite place to shop for higher end merchandise and clothing. Generally a positive shopping experience overall. Clean store, friendly staff and consistent store layout. A great return policy. You pay for what you get.

I just want to say thank you to Clint Brock in the cosmetics section for helping me and attending to me to help me find my lipstick and shades he was beyond helpful with color swatches and amazing customer service I have not had that kind of customer service at a store besides chick fil a if you know what I mean
