Nordstrom Rack reviews
18The truth of the matter is that they took over the building but it's no Daffy's - it's the Rack and It's very hit or miss (and there are a lot of misses) but when they hit, it goes out the park! I just found the perfect cocktail dress and I swear I wanted to just prance around the store in it they get an extra star cause I'm happy today. (still prancing!)
As with any Nordstrom Rack or mainline store the service is impeccable. Lines are long but move quickly. Good selection of shoes and clothes current and past season. The only thing missing at this location no home goods. Otherwise it's a great place.
Stood in line while 2 clerks finished their personal conversation. Then I had to say thank you when she rang me up. Customer service is starting to suck.
I stopped in to look for shoes when a heel broke on the pair I had. There was no customer to be had and the prices were quite high for a rack.
The store is surprisingly bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. They have a nice amount of clothes, shoes & accessories. But the downtown parking sucks.
There were few Extra discount items even it was the Labor Day special sale announcement. Most of items were just outlet price which made feel still expensive in my opinion.
Love Nordstrom Rack and the employees at this store are mostly friendly and helpful. The store itself is quite large and worth the trip. If you get the Nordstrom credit card you get $100 in free alterations even for online purchases. The alterations lady is pretty good; she has Tuesday and Thursdays off.
The selection of discounted items here is unreal! My main reason for shopping here is for dress shirts and shoes. You won't find a better selection for a better price.
Nice clothing quality but basically expensive. Clean. Nicely laid out. Multiple choices. For me, I prefer the internet for shopping. Not my first choice.
I always already know what I want when I do clothes shopping, not a good spot for that but definitely a good spot for perusing. Good quality stuff though all around. Enjoy!
I ordered 2 flopp flip sandals Flojo Alonzo, but today the package arrived and my wife told me that there is not one pair of sandals. I'm indignant. I will waste some hours, but leave this review wherever I can.
The store is not well organize, the handicap door is not automatically so it is so hard for handicap person who go there by himself/herself
I am all about getting a discount but not at the expense of basic necessities! The lines for the fitting rooms are terrible and the lines for the cash register are just as bad! Coupled with the filthy floors, you have to wonder if the amount you save is worth all the time you’ll spend getting Nordy’s leftover merchandise.
For some things like shoes or sport clothing they have very limited collection. It is hard to find what I need. But for other things they might have better options and prices. Worth checking. But it is a matter of luck if you find what you need.
Retail clothing shopping is very stressful to me. So I can't say I enjoyed myself, and it is a little dingy, but it's also a Rack right in Center City and gets massive foot traffic. The prices you can get on name brand, good quality clothes and footwear are always jaw dropping. Though maybe the real jaw dropper is the actual retail cost of clothes. But that's coming from a lifelong thrift shopper.
I was so disappointed. I used to be able to find at least three pair shoes. I haven't found one shoe. Very small selection for a size 11
For being the only Rack in center city, you'd think this place would have so many great finds, but it's a bit lacking - especially in the clothing department (stick to the KOP location for fun clothing finds). The shoe department is often hit or miss. The bags department is quite good though.
Wow! All the clothes were jammed together! Couldn't tell what was where. I thought a tornado hit. No one with OCD should step foot inside! Not one worker asked if I needed help they were very busy chatting back and forth amongst each other on their headsets about "oh my goodness girl! " Who knows what. I was looking for rain boots. The security team was very aware they followed me everywhere very closely.almost embarrassing. I was about to ask them for guidance! Left very dissatisfied.
