Nordstrom Rack, Lancaster PA

Wow, I mean the building itself looks brand new fully stocked and plenty of friendly knowledgeable staff to assist you.

They do not have much selection in current fashions. The sportswear they have is not at the best price when you compare it with the original stores that distribute them. An example Clothes, such as adidas, Nike and under armor and other sports brands are better to buy in their stores where you will find a better selection and probably better prices. I think in general it is good, but there are better options of stores that distribute the same

While I like shopping here, their customer service has left a lot to be desired. I live 45 min away and visited during a 40% off sale. Left with some good deals & was pretty happy! However, I got home and was browsing their website sale, and noticed one of the items I purchased for full price was to be marked down as part of the 40% off. I called the main customer service line which was useless. They apparently only assist with orders placed online. I was told to call the store I purchased from who told me I’d have to come back in for the refund to be issued. Not only that, but I’d have to make the trip back within the next DAY as it “had to be done while they’re sale was still going on. ” I explained I didn’t live nearby and that this posed an inconvenience. The associate speaking to the store manager relayed back to me “that’s the only way for us to do an adjustment. ” (No apology for the fact it was THEIR store’s error). I begrudgingly went back for my 30$ refund, where I had to wait another 20 min in line because they don’t even have a separate returns area. Would suggest the company find better ways to handle these situations as it’s extremely inconvenient and inefficient, especially to your non local customers.

Nice selection and decent pricing! Much better choice than Burlington Coat Factory across the street.

Its Nordstrom rack. Not an amazing place, but ok. Clothing prices can be weird. Sizing is terrible but occasionally you find something good. Its like rich persons good will, with a really small mens section. Thats about *dabs and twerks*.

Usually a waste of time. Over priced merchandise with limited selection. Check outs were backed up.

Right now, there is 60% off of all clearance shoes until Oct 2nd. Their inventory is massive!

I ran in to return something and it was great! The store was super clean and the associate quickly helped me get what I needed returned.

Store was good. Decent selection on men's cloths although I wish there was more. I guess I could have gone to a nordstrom but it's worth trying to find deals at the rack.purchases some sports coats, sweaters, wallet, watch and t-shirts.along with some home decor.

Glad the store is in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I'd like more of a selection and size in shoes up to size 14 in women's. Good store!

I’ve been an online Nordstrom customer for years so was excited to see that the area I was visiting had a physical store. However, I was extremely disappointed after shopping at this particular location. Not only was the store a complete mess; but I chose multiple items that were in two separate clearance sections of the store, only to be told at checkout that those items did not apply. One reason because the clearance only applied to sandals and not the numerous amounts of other different shoes also in the clearance area and the other reason being that the other item was in an “old clearance” area that they just didn’t take the signage down for yet. Needless to say, I will stick to online shopping from now on if at all from this company.

I normally order Norstrom Rack online. I had never been to the store before this. The Shoes were disappointing but they had Clothes for a decent price. Name Brand Purses and Sunglasses at a good price

Nice selection of clothing with many stylish options put together in the front. I always love the selection of scarves this store provides.

They had a pretty good sale on certain items, but didn't excel in women's sizes.

Good selection of clothes, shoes selection could be better. Word of caution, don't leave your cart outside the dressing room expecting your items to still be there when you get out. It's happened to me twice at this location and another lady said it happened to her every time she comes there. Its very frustrating.

Usually love this store, however they close their fitting rooms before the store closes. Ran in quickly knowing they were closing in 30 min, grabbed a few things and couldn't try them on. Immediately left, waste of time.

There are a few good items at discounted prices but they mixed in with a sea of bad clothing. Registers always seems to be a mess as well. An item was marked at $15 and then was $17 at the register. They refused to give it to me at the marked price. I will shop here again but with caution.

Ordered a pair of timberlands on line (Nordstrom) which I thought were mens but turns out they were womens size 10.returned them to the store.and the cashier was prompt knowledgeable with my return courteous and very helpful.what surprised me the most is.she was a younger girl.most the younger generation in retail tend to be snappy with an attitude.these girls are from that. I appreciated that so much I actually took a look around the store.which i usually just leave since i do most of my shopping online.the store was very clean and organized.loved it. (Nordstrom Rack @ Belmont) deserves a great review.much appreciation for the experience keep up the good work

Lots of cool stuff women just can't live without nor did they realize they needed it until they saw it at nordstrom racks

It's like Ross' for people that want to spend triple the money for the same type of stuff.
