Norma De Hoyos Daycare 2 LLC, Reading PA

This has to be one of the worst daycare's in reading. They don't worry about your child at all. MY CHILD COMES HOME EVERYDAY WITH BRUISES CUTS AND SOME OF THEM LOOK LIKE BURNS. Yes I know that children play and get hurt but everyday no that can't be possible. My child hate's going to daycare he has an anxiety attack just by getting near to the place. I also don't feel that they no how to treat children correctly even when I have tried to bring extra help from the outside they don't care about no one's opinion. They talk badly about your child everyday and call you for anything to pick up your child. They don't care if his sick or anything they'll call you to go clean up his vomit while the child just lays there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE AT ALL!

My daughter has attended Norma De Hoyos Daycare 2 for five years, before and after school.she also attends the summer program they have to offer.the facility is always clean, and have different age appropriate areas.the staff is attentive, caring and personable.they serve home cooked meals. I leave her there confident that my daughter is well taken care of.

My children have been there for over two years. They love it. The teachers are very nice and they show they care! They do a lot for the children too. They give gifts for the holidays and have special trips and activities during the summer. Very personable. Every night when I am picking the kids up, you smell them and see them cleaning. I personally love that my kids love the teachers there!

My kids been here for almost a year. And i have never had an issue. My kids are very well cared for and this is coming from someone who had a bad daycare experience and didnt want to trust anyome with her kids. The staff is amazing with my children and my kids love jessica. Never a problem and very understanding. My son has sever adhd and they really try to understand him with that. My kids also come home everyday telling me they ate good and had fun. There very involved and do alot with them. I recommend them to everyone has ask about a good daycare around here.

All of my children have been attending the daycare since infancy. I believe it is the best daycare in the city of reading. The fact that it's open 24/7 works with my crazy schedule. Not to mention the busing to and from school helps out even more. The facility is beautiful and veary clean, always decorative for every holiday. The staff is great and truly care for the kids, as well as Norma herself. She is always blessing the children and community.

**Very many loving staff who have great bonds with students; That is always a plus when you know your children are individually aknowledged, loved and cared for.
***When my child comes home and tells me how much he/she likes being in their group with their favorite teacher (s) that is always a positive reassuring feeling.
****They are well fed and are also able learn a 2nd language, along with many other great opportunities and activities.

Very clean and up to date! They took good care of all my four daughters. They fed them fresh cooked meals everyday. They're always doing activities with the kids. They usually have a big back to school carnival event and family Christmas party. Most importantly, my kids never complained to me about this daycare.

Staff is friendly and the daycare is always having fun activites with the kids. Very clean and up to date daycare.

The worst daycare í had ever found. The staff it's completely rude and non professional, they say they care for the child but they have no sence in such. They scream to the kids show no respect to them hide in between this posts that have no cameras just to pinch the child and yell at them. Owner is never there and cares more for money than the children. My son came home w a black nd blue and no-one saw anything.oh bf i forget automatically assume that the child speaks spanish bc the mother those just to give u writeups bc the kid won't follow dirrections. "Those care takes in exception for 1 should all be fired. "

Worst daycare ever, not only is the owner never there, but when you try to have a meeting with the owner and staff they never get in contact with the parent. They are never watching the kids. The kids do what ever they want when ever they want. The staff does not know how to control the kids. They don't help with homework or do craft all the kids do is run around crazy. The staff all on their cell phones. All they care about is your money. OH and now they do not send kids home that have lice so yeah they dont care if your child gets them. I mean I should have known better, then sending my kid to a daycare whose owner bought it using drug money from her first husband.
