Michelle the assistant manager was VERY nice and SUPER informative. She helped me link up my new hallmark card with the online account. (I'm not tech savvy) She was patient with me and walked me through everything. On top of it all when we hit a wall she entered her own number so I could get my free mini card of the month. Selflessness like this is rare in this day and age. Michelle was amazing and as a new member w countless Hallmarks to choose from in the area I will ONLY come to this one going forward. I hope she gets recognized by her superiors bc she was awesome.
The old short lady with blonde short hair that works at the oxford valley location was verbally attacking and harassing me in the middle of the store because my mask didn't fully cover my nose. She verbally assaulted me by the food court and is violent. I walked out and did not purchase what I intended. I will never come back to this location and I am reporting her to hallmark. I contacted NORMANS HALLMARK about their violent employee and hope proper action will be taken.
The store itself is bright and welcoming and had a wide offering of gifts and cards. HOWEVER, I DID NOT appreciate being followed around the store during my entire shopping experience by a store employee, like I was there to steal something - won't be back!

This is a well established Hallmark location. They've expanded to carry a ton of novelty gifts as well. The staff greet you at the entrance and are easily accessible for help if needed. 4 stars, as prices are quite high across the board.
I love going into any hallmark store they always have such nice things. I especially love this time of year with all the ornaments displayed.
