This place is horrible. They take advantage of older people. The salesman never gets back and never knows anything. He just put my mom in anything and ever since she has had the car it’s been problem after problems. They should be ashamed of there self. I can tell you don’t let a women or elderly person go here without a true mechanic or they will sell you a lemon.

Experience was great - Joesph helped me out with the car i wanted and made sure i understood everything. Steve in Finance man was great man, guy makes you feel comfortable and more than a customer

I highly recommend this dealership. They are good people and it starts with owner, Ross Choate.

We live out of state, and a manufacturer-related issue surfaced on our 2022 Grand Cherokee Summit shortly after taking delivery. The owner went to great lengths to help us get it resolved, providing an exceptional level of service. In addition, our out-of-state purchase was very efficient thanks to the efforts of Sales Consultant, Andrew Cychowski.

Even though I'm not local, I will purchase from this dealership again when I'm in the market for another CDJR vehicle.

Attempted to get a key fob programmed however, service staff seemed very unwilling to even TRY to do the work! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Usually their service is excellent!

I purchased a new Dodge Durango from this dealership and I am glad I’ve chosen them. Drew was my salesman and he was awesome from beginning to end. He was very informative, and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to me and made me feel comfortable purchasing this vehicle. Mike, from finance was also, awesome! I’ll be back for sure!

We had a great experience at the Norristown CDJR today. How refreshing to have a salesperson, Alex, who actaully took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. A big thanks to Steve for his experience and kindness during the mounds of paperwork. We certainly appreciated all of their patience. Also, best of luck to the young ladies in training on their first day. Their help made our 2.5 hr journey home a happier one!

*Editing my review after a polite follow-up from the Service Manager who offered to replace the battery mentioned below.

I purchased a Honda with 90,000mi on it. The price was fair considering the length of time which the car had been on the dealer's lot.

The good: The Salesman was pleasant and responsive. The Finance Manager was nice and wasn't too pushy when advertising add-ons.
*The Service Manager followed-up the next day and offered to replace a worn battery.

The bad: The vehicle's battery was significantly corroded and clearly near the end of it's life. I requested that it be replaced or that I be credited for it and the Used Car Sales Manager refused with an attitude, instead insisting it wasn't that bad and offering to clean the corrosion off. This should have been remediated by the service center prior to sale (new battery - or at the very least - clean the terminals before presenting the car to the customer).
Edit: *The Service Manager kindly called and offered to replace the battery.

During idle, the engine was rattling. When I got home, I had to replace the serpentine belt which was worn and cracked. This should have been identified and replaced by the dealer ahead of sale.

Otherwise, the facility could use updating. The vehicle was said to have been detailed but was still dirty. I assume "detailed" meant "vacuumed". I'm of the impression that the service center does the bare minimum to service and clean used cars. I understand that the car is used, but the presentation of any vehicle says a lot about a dealer.

Issues aside, I did have pleasant experiences with most of the staff and wish them well.

Never anything less than a great car buying experience! We are about to be on vehicle #6 purchased from Andrew. He goes above and beyond to help us get into exactly what we want every time along with the rest of the staff! Can’t wait to come sign for my new baby when she comes in!

From the moment I stepped into this dealership, I knew this was where I would get my Wrangler. I was treated with respect, had all of my questions answered and then some, and never felt any pressure to do anything I wasn't ready to do.

My husband and I went to Norristown CDJR after seeing a certified pre-owned Durango on their website. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Everyone was willing to put in the time to work with us throughout the process. Even with the current climate of rate hikes, we left knowing that we received top value for our trade-in, got a more than fair purchase price on our new car, and a fantastic rate on our auto loan. From start to finish, the Norristown crew was outstanding!

Brought in a used Jeep (1 year old with 10k miles) to their service department because the speedometer was reading 10% above the actual speed (as verified by GPS, and road-side radar signs). First day they had the car they told me it was fixed, picked it up that evening and it was unchanged. Brought it back the next morning, drove with the tech and verified the problem. They were very nice, told me they may have to keep it overnight, and got me a rental car. The next morning they called to say it was fixed. I went to pick it up and the service manager told me they had to "reprogram the ABS sensors from kilometers per hour to miles per hour". At first I thought he was joking. Wheel speed sensors just read wheel rotations with magnets - a rotation is a rotation and it's processed to speed later by a computer. This is why you can select mph or kph right on the dash. Upon realizing he was serious, I just asked if it was fixed, and he said it was. It was not - no change at all. Amazingly disappointing. Never going back.

I had a great experience at Norristown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Alex was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town.

Update: Buying Process was great but after that every question i've had has gone unanswered or its pulling teeth to get any response back.

Recently I was at the service department for my yearly inspection & was informed that I needed brakes & rotors all around. I went to my usual mechanic who gave me some other information and I brought it back to the staff at Norristown who took me very seriously. They inspected my brakes again & confirmed that they were going to change their procedure going forward to ensure that other customers don't have the same issue & get told that they need brakes when they don't. Tim (Service manager) and Dave Kelly went out of their way to make sure that my concern was taken seriously, i wasn't put off & they handled it very professionally. Thank you for being awesome!
