I love it. Very good. You have to call two days before to make an appointment. They no longer make dental appointments. “No glasses, ” he told me when I called. The doctors are very attentive. Some secretaries or nurses speak Spanish. Very clean. Call first to get oriented.

Very little empathy from Mrs. Rossy at the pharmacy dispensary. He doesn't know how to take care of people, he doesn't give medications correctly, he charges people and when you get home you don't have what you need. Very bad way to serve and does not explain what he is giving.

Yes, the health care is superb/ great. The practice doctors are always ready to listen and take care of medical needs.
However, the phone and reception staff is the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. I went in at 815 am.for appointment and was still sitting in the waiting room at 900 after complaining to the front desk staff. I was treated like they could care less after explaining that I had to go to work. Finally left. Owners manager, please remember;
It's not only superb care.the reception welcome is more important and stays with you, " you remeber how they make you feel"and if you feel unwelcome or that your time does not matter, that's what you remember. When I called to make a new appointment, i tried to explain to the call center about my experience. The girl who answered asked me to hold on only to put me back in que to speak with someone else. The next person who answered hung up.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WAS REALLY SICK. THIS HAPPENED 12/5/2023 815 AM.

Phone calls are always disconnected. Cannot make an appointment with your doctor.
We found another practice Plymouth Meeting where we can call and make an appointment!

Has to be the worst office I’ve ever been to, the lack of customer service the lack of professionalism. How they talk! It’s disgusting I’m disgusted

My favorite Doctor is here. Great help for people with no insurance. Good lab work. I highly recommend!

Zero Stars is more like it! I’ve never experienced this kind of mess in my life when it comes to scheduling an appointment! Janice is the RUDEST agent I’ve ever spoken to! She hung up on me TWICE Instead of transferring me to a Supervisor. Never have I ever heard of scheduling within an 48hr window OR the fact that you have to call to see IF an appointment will be available. If you have a Job & Real Life Priorities this is NOT the Drs office for you! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I just have to say I'm very very upset with their call center. I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past week only to be hung up on repeatedly never got to talk to anybody. Then I go in today to try to schedule an appointment in person. Only to be told that the nearest possible time is next week but I have to come in monday next week to see if I can get that appointment time. And quite possibly by the time I get there to make this those appointments are gonna be gone and then I'm gonna have to go back in on. Wednesday and try to make another appointment this system is flawed. You can't keep telling your patients. They can't schedule. Anything past 48 hours. LIFE DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. All I can say is if you're uninsured and you need help. Do not go to this place. You will die waiting for an appointment.

This place is the worst, it took over a month just to get an appt schedule. They do two days in advance so if you call on a Friday they tell you to call back on Monday. This place is the worst, my dr left and I wasn’t notified and had to see someone completely new when I finally was seen. I would give this place 0 stars. Imagine how ppl feel when they can’t even get through to they’re own Dr. It’s serious health conditions out here and y’all barely answering the phones for ppl. I never felt much rage when calln. Will be looking for new Dr

0 Stars - Wouldn’t recommend

The kid at the receptionist desk is completely inept. Schedule a root canal two months prior with the kid, called five weeks prior the appointment to speak with the dentist and told I would get a call, no call, two weeks prior, no call, one week prior, no call, two days before, no call, go to the appointment, told they tried calling the day before, no missed calls, lie, then told they don't do root canals. I will not try again here. I wouldn't trust nor respect anyone's entitlement in this establishment. A bunch of Norristown folk working for the government

Honestly, I’d rather die than have to deal with this office. The way they schedule and don’t answer the phone, that’s where you’re headed anyway.if you can plz find another drs office.

I had great things to say about this medical facility when I first became a patient back in 2014. I hadn’t been back since 2016.
They now have a new policy of only scheduling two days in advance. So if you don’t call at 7: 30 AM your chance of getting an appointment is slim.
I have tried for an entire month and have just gotten scheduled.
I have hbp, polycystic kidney disease, degenerative disc, and recently suffered some type of nerve damage in my right arm causing me to lose feeling in my right fingers…
I must say I was extremely frustrated with this process and began to become scared for my own life. I am 43 yrs old with four children, the youngest 15&16 yrs old so I get neglected often and I am making an initiative to start taking better care of my self. But without reliable health care facilities how do we do that? The state pays for Medical and doesn’t like for patients to go to the ER for non emergency situations but in this instance it would have warranted the visit, but I know the hospital is not only a long wait, but because of this state policy they really don’t do anything but send you home with a referral any how.
I am glad I was able to finally schedule an appointment and Will finally be a step closer to finding out exactly what is going on with my arm.
I don’t have a car so finding a facility in another town was not an option for me.
There has been an increase in Norristown’s population over the past few years. And I just feel like someone in this town with authority and privilege should work towards an expansion of services providers at Norristown Regional.
The building just got redone and should have been relocated to a larger facility to accommodate this neighborhood. Or they should consider opening a second facility! It’s conducive to survival in this poverty stricken community to have such an impact on people’s ability to access healthcare.
I now will arrive early for my scheduled appointment and pray that the facility doesn’t get so packed with over compensating that I still end up waiting behind my appointment time or get stuck waiting in a room while the doctor rushes through appointments because he is juggling too many patients. It lowers the standard of care people receive and things get over looked and neglected.
If I have a good experience, I will come back here and add an update and increase my rating. And I will deduct that second star if otherwise!

Once you get past the front desk, the service is nice. But don’t try to make a phone call to that office. You will never get through. Don’t try to have any forms filled out for your health or welfare. Don’t have anything sent to them to be filled out your doctor will never receive it, I had forms sent to them six times and my doctor never received the forms. The front desk is messing with my paycheck and I don’t appreciate it. I’m trying to get through now no avail. The front desk I don’t understand whether they’re. Leave it will be like the third time they have the clean up the phone for lack of doing their job
