This place is terrible! I walked in on a Sunday because I overslept for my appt with my regular nail tech of 15+ years. The man who did my nails PUT ACRYLIC ON MY CUTICLES during my refill which left my fingers blistered as you see. Literally the next day, I came back and he “fixed” it. The following day, I had gel polish literally peeling off my full set. Please do not waste your money here

The nail salon was crowded. They didn't have enough staff, they were extremely slow and the nail technician I had stopped in the middle of servicing me to do someone's eyebrows. I will never return

Went in cause the shop across the street was crowded and it was the best thing to happen. I love my nails

They don't know how to do lashes and she over charged me she don't know how to do lashes at all

It’s only one person in there that do my gel manicure/pedicure right and I keep forgetting to ask her her name.

Absolute terrible service. Not only was I charged for a manicure I didn’t receive they refused to refund me. NOT WORTH IT

My only suggestion is if you have a client make an appointment then acknowledge the client instead of having them wait over an hour and a half to be waited on. Otherwise all was well

I was completely rushed and he didn't do a good job. Had to keep telling him to be more gentle. Then he made me bleed doing my manicure. I was done at that point. Wont be returning

Been going here for years, about 5 years to be exact. In all that time, maybe one issue but other than that, No complaints. Food vendors are close if you have to wait.

Nails poppin off all over the place! Only two techs working on Sat morning! Nails crooked.a whole mess.save your coins.

Horrible job, they don’t know how to do nails my nails were uneven and she messed up my real nails, bad costumer service DO NOT COME HERE

Do a great job on my feet, I love how.y feet where done.but my gel nails are to be desired, my gelstarted peeling by the afternoon if the same day I got them done, not too happy about the gel. I will go back for my feet to be do but not my hands.

They are very friendly people and good service. The gel nails are amazing and the prices are reasonable some cheaper than other places further towards the Northeast

Service was bad very unprofessional I would not recommend anyone going here they let ppl skip in front of u and only one person knew how to do full sets the day I went there if I could give them no stars I would bc this place is trash and don’t believe the reviews bc they asking ppl to write something good about them scamming

When I walked in the staff was friendly I left Lovely nail salon in west philly because the owner was rude Annie did my refill for my nails she was pleasant I will recommend this place to other people I have a nail salon horray ️️️
