North Pointe Commons, Pittsburgh PA

Quiet. Assigned covered parking, washer/dryer in unit is nice. Avoid the first floor unless you like bugs. Avoid the 8000 building if you don't want the maintenance man incessantly trying to get your wifi password out of you every time he has to come in.

My brother and I lived at North Point Commons apartment for 2 year. They have great stuff, clean apartments and very good maintenance. When you ask front desk staff to get something fixed in the apartment, it usually fix with in the day.

Very nice place to live. Convenient to any type of shopping & to town. Chris & Kathy are amazing, very professional, extremely helpful & very quick with assigning maintenance to any issue that you may have in your apartment. Outside is very well maintained as well as the hallways which are cleaned weekly & also the gym. The apartments are clean & spacious. The neighbors are super friendly. I lived here for three years. Really good community.

We lived at North Pointe for a little over 3 years and rented a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The only reason we moved out was due to us purchasing our first home, otherwise we would have stayed longer. It was our first apartment and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to rent here. The property management is great, we had no issues with any neighbors, and the location is extremely convenient to food/shopping/downtown. We would highly recommend North Pointe for anyone looking to rent an apartment close to Pittsburgh.

I spent a few years at North Pointe Commons and enjoyed my stay. The addition of carports was very nice during the winter. The leasing office staff was wonderful and very supportive when it came to addressing any concerns including maintenance. The location is ideal for a downtown commute and close to many amenities.

I enjoyed my time as a resident at North Pointe Commons, and found the staff and management to always be kind, professional, and responsive to residents concerns.

NPC was my home for 24 years, was it always perfect no but, I was always treated with respect! It made me understand it's not always about me, you must share the space with others. I miss being there and the friendships I made will
Remain in my heart. I love NPC

Property manager in my opinion is nothing but a bully, why is he always so angry? Rimco Properties should be aware of his attitude.

I lived here for 2 years and had a good experience. The office staff was kind, helpful, and timely in responding to my emails. Can’t complain about the maintenance either. My washer broke a couple weeks after I moved in and they installed a brand new washer/ dryer within the week. Can’t speak for the whole complex, but the neighbors in my building were friendly and quiet for the most part. One small thing that I loved was the covered parking so I didn’t have to clear snow off my car all winter long. It’s not a luxurious apartment complex with all the amenities, but for my budget, it had everything I needed.

The property manager is rude, condescending, unprofessional and extremely aggressive.his whole approach towards everything is just wrong and inappropriate in the least, the owners should be embarrassed this is the best they could do as a property manager. The woman before him was amazing and friendly. This guy just yells and gets in your personal space. I would not rent here again, price goes up every year and service goes down.

The apartments are fine but the neighbors are horrible and when you complain the guy in the office will find an excuse to yell at you. Service deteriorates after you complain.
