When the trivally took over everything went wrong with this practice
They charged extra $$$ for 2 mins conversation that the doctor had that with the patient during a yearly physical, the same convention was not charged last yr when it was willow grove family medicine which shd be a part of the Yearly physical.
I am changing my primary care
Dr. Seth Sands is wonderful.
Stay away from one particular doctor I don’t want to name her but pls stay away

If I could give negative stars I would. After my husband had a fever of 103.8 since Thursday. I was told we could not be seen until he had a Covid test. He had a Covid test and it was negative. This morning we called the office to schedule an appointment because his fever has not broke. They said the next available appointment isn’t until tomorrow afternoon. This response was given only after I called the office four times. My husband went by the office to speak to the doctor and they would not even let him speak to a physician over the phone to discuss his concerns with this fever that he’s had since Thursday. A gentleman came into the doctors office with a cut on his head and the front desk offered him an appointment in 45 minutes. The man rejected that appointment and left to go to urgent care. When my husband heard that he went up to Diane and asked her if he could have that appointment that the man just rejected and she said that never happened. It is impossible to get an appointment at this office when you truly need one when you’re sick. The lack of compassion for your patients is unheard of in this line of work. They need to replace the employees because the doctors probably don’t even know what happens with the front desk. Completely incompetent.

This doctors office has gone to the dogs over recent years. Dr. Sand's became one of the senior doctors which was the worst thing possible. They also just push drugs and refill them no questions asked without followup visits. Turns out one of the meds was life threatening for asthmatics and they knew that. The best thing my cardiologist told me was to get out of that practice ASAP.

I shave been a patient for 38 years at NWGFM.
Up until 2013 this was heaven on earth.
Please I will write my experience later.
But for now if you enjoy life and don’t want to die soon PLEASE DO NOT GO TO NWGFM!
Communication with certain individuals on staff is like playing the game
“Whisper DOWN THE LANE”

Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor Sands is knowledgeable, kind and very responsive to needs.

I had Dr. Sands for one visit and he was great! I had one of the NPs a couple of times and did not enjoy my experience. My lab result showed that I had a high level of b12 (from taking a high dose supplement). So it gave me really bad side effects. Instead of telling me to lower my dose, or stop taking the supplement, the NP suggests a crisis consult. SMH. I told her no and she gave me that "concerned doctor look. " I know how the healthcare field works, and some things are common sense. There are other ways to solve a medical issue than suggesting a consult. SMH again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Staff are very rude and unprofessional. I am always stuck out in the waiting room for at least 20 minutes whenever I go. Been going to NWGFM for years now and finally I am finding a different doctor.

A great group of healthcare providers. They look at the entire family when needed and not just the individual when needed. They helped us thru terrible family crisis. They helped me thru medical issues time and time again. I know they are there for me, and my family. Dr. Bowry is caring and a wonderful physician. Desiree is outstanding and very caring as well the rest of the staff. They get you in right away, no waiting two weeks. Highly recommend.

Service has deteriorated. Love Desiree and a few of the office staff. I'm still awaiting a call back from the office manager for two days. Melissa is rude and obnoxious.

My family has been going to North Willow Grove Family Practice for years. The staff has been generally very good. Once in a while there is a blip with a staff change, but over all friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Sands has been so kind and attentive to all family members, and especially my mother as she ages and has been in and out of hospital/rehab. He has been a caring constant that my family relies on. The other doctors are great, too.

I spend more time in the waiting room than actually seeing the doctor, and they always give me the same paperwork in reference to depression and then the whole visit becomes about that instead of why i went there. They also condescend and make me feel uncomfortable, one of the doctors told me walking my dog wasnt excersise.

First visit today and I am blown away at the service and kindness of everyone from the front desk to the doctor. I saw Dr. Trader-Kent and she was so kind and personable.

My previous physician was.really bad. He regularly ignored my concerns and was all-around unhelpful. Don't ask me why, but it took me years to find a new doctor's office.

I've been seeing Desiree Trader-Kent since April, and I could not be happier with her and the office overall. Everyone is kind and working quick.

I used the patient portal to express a concern prior to my physical and received a response within about 2 hours from Desiree.

I can't recommend this office enough.

This place itself isn't bad, except they tolerate having Dr. Seth Sands as part of their staff. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Please find someone else. He does not do a thorough assessment, and he is very condescending, a complaint which the receptionist confirmed as having been made multiple times. After my awful appointment I was upset. While explaining the situation to the office manager, he barged into the private room and demanded that I speak to him directly. He stood in front of the door and REFUSED TO LEAVE when asked multiple times. It was creepy, scary, and completely unprofessional. I am not sure how a doctor's office allows someone like that to work there, and it made me move to a different health care provider. Such a shame, because if you get a different doctor, your experience might be just fine. To me, it's not worth the risk.

Used to be top notch but my last 3 visits have included extremely poor service. Today sounded like negligent management as only one person seemed to be in the weeds. Teamwork? Their are two awesome nurses and one wrecks like cigarette smoke.

North Willow Grove Family Medicine always gets me in within a week. They are very accommodating. Dr Trader-Kent is one of the best family doctors I've ever had. She is very personable and she actually listens to me. She looks into what is going on. She even follows up by calling and returns messages. In this day and age who does that? She is a rare gem.

There is no way to get a fast response about a prescription Dr. Salinas never sent to the pharmacy

My family and I have been going here for a few years now and we’ve never had any issues. Staff have always been friendly.

Horrible, rude and completely unprofessional, especially the quack nurse practitioner Jennifer. Worst doctor I've ever had, if you even want to call her that. Outdated and unclean office. Never go there
