Even the website is not accurate with the amount you need to pay. I pay extra every month and is still a problem. I leave this review with hopes they improve.
Misinformation & misguidance is abundant in this office. I’m a productive member of society & I would not treat people with such callous disregard. Information they use is subjective based on possibility & potential rather than actual facts. Neither party is respected or represented in a manner that’s befitting for what’s in the best interest of the child. Mothers are left without and fathers treated as bad or worse. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars then I would. The people, the ethics, & the system is set up in a manner that disintegrates all parties involved.
It was agreed to pay $440 month and they went against the agreement and are charging me $640 a month instead and don't even care to fix it. They said it was a mistake since October of 2020 and it's now April of 2021 and they still haven't done anything about it!
They don't care if you have another child to take care of. It's all about that money.
Staff is really rude. They dont care about the people stay lieing to good honest people corrupted system
The staff is very rude, the caseworkers at least the one I've come across can't do their job very well, they are way behind in their work which causes problems for all parties involved. My daughter pays support for her son who lives with me, she does everything she's supposed to, and the caseworker messes everything up all the time, it's a shame, seriously if you can't handle the work load find another job, people's lives depend on you doing your job correctly and in a timely manner. This place is terrible!
Called in because I didn't understand paperwork. The woman i needed to speak to was out that day so another woman took my information and assured me she would get back to me by Monday with answers (it was Friday). On Monday I actually recieved a call back and answers! I appreciate everything.
