Woke up Tuesday Morning to a broken hot water heater. Water was every where. I call and left a message and put in a ticket online. I got a call back and was promised everything would be done. I was pleased to come home to hot water. I have lieved here over 10 years. Things aren't perfect but I am grateful to how this was handled.

I have lived here for four years Shelia, Diane, Nicole and the new girl have all been friendly, professional and on top of any minor issues I have had. Small touch ups needed over the years from normal wear and tear. I have never seen mice and when bug problems existed it was due to new residence moving in and they immediately treated. Dale head of maintenance always doing his best to stay on top of things. The up keep is a daily job but it takes residence to help too. Pool staff is amazing Mrs Jackie is the complex mom. Only flaw is the gym need working equipment. If they would bring me on staff I'm sure I'd make it even more welcoming.

Everything that lady said below me is true get Cameras if you moving here they will come in without permission and don’t care I had my daughters in there one time with me and they had they under wears on and they just walked in I couldn’t believe it

Terrible place to live if you would like to sleep in your own bed. "Quiet hours" are supposed to be 10: 30pm-8: 30am per the lease. I have been struggling for over 9 months with a neighbor who yells next to my bedroom wall until 11 or 12pm most nights. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to him yelling. Definitely would not recommend if you have to get up early for work.

Under no circumstances should you move here. Today on 5/10/2022 the leasing office gave permission to maintenance to enter my apartment despite me letting them know that I didn't want anyone in here without me present. They then proceed to drag trash through my apartment, how do I know? The smell, stain and fact that my mat (which is heavy and doesn't move easily) was flipped when I returned home. IF you ABSOLUTELY have to live here, get cameras, communicate with leasing in the form of e-mails and take pictures before you move anything into the apartment. Also get lots of containers for your food, this place is infested with rats. I have contacted a lawyer and will be taking action because that was absolutely uncalled for and Jordan from leasing you should be ashamed of yourself and your nasty attitude. Also maintenance takes FOREVER to respond to anything. I had trash on the fire escape since I moved here December 2021 and it was just moved today. After calling the city. This place looks great but once you are locked into that lease it is HELL! RUN!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance barley does anything, office staff rarely answers phone and when they do it’s with an attitude. We were told there were no mice and got one the second night we were here. The day we moved in and did our walkthrough there was so much wrong with apartment, though the lady we toured with was very nice and promised we would have everything fixed within 2 weeks. We’ve lived here 3 months and all of the issues we had when we moved in have yet to be fixed. We’ve called several times and all we get from office staff is “we will have to contact maintenance and get back to you” news flash: they won’t.i genuinely have not heard anyone talk of their AC working. Laundry mat is ALWAYS closed. Was told we could put in a washer and dryer in our unit but during walkthrough they explained we wouldn’t be able to open doors due to the fridge being in the way. The apartments themselves are nice, but not worth the trouble.

It's a nice complex with a cool pool for the kids, but costumer service is HORRIBLE. We called to have our AC fixed and the guy just took it out and left it there which is a problem, because the kids are running around the house. The is a safety problem because someone will get a electrocuted! Fix this now.

This place it terrible mice and insect infested, maintenance does not do a thing for you when you need them. The leasing office do not care about there people…, i got my car stolen out of this complex and all they cared about was if my grandmothers dog was on the lease, completely disregarded that my car was stolen by someone who lives right above me. Parking is to small, there are no cameras around the complex. If you have a family stay away from this place it’s not safe at all!

Save yourself the hassle and put your energy into finding yourself a nicer place to live. Management is unresponsive and argumentative to requests, and the leasing team is no better. Maintenance never returns calls, and when they do randomly appear at your door, they rush what they’re doing. Lots of times they put other repairs on contractors or other team members, essentially meaning they never get made.

My husband and I lived here for a month. During that month, we stayed in our apartment 3 nights. Our heater was broken and would not run properly. Then sewage eventually worked its way up into our plumbing. These two issues are just the top of the iceberg.

PLEASE see my troubles and save yourself from a headache.

I remember living here with my family, it was ok. However, we got evicted because of late rent payments. The rent was ALWAYS paid. This happened on my senior prom night. I remember coming home and couldn't get into the apartment.

Looking back, I would never, EVER recommend any family to move here.

At first i was very happy with this place.but as time goes on you come to realize it's just one thing after another.maintenance fixes everything half a**. It takes a lot to even get them to come fix anything.the office is no help ever.expiercience varies by building.some hallways get cleaned reguarly, others do not get cleaned at all.

I just don’t understand how someone could be so careless. Didn’t even use the right screws and didn’t even screw them in all the way! The maintenance team here is careless as you can see! Cannot wait to move

So does the credit score actually matters asking the ones who actually living here as of now?

I’ve complained many times about cars parked in a tow away zone on Waterview lane. I constantly have a hard time getting in and out of parking spots. Management has done nothing to fix the problem

I have lived here now for almost 4 months and I think it's a great place to live when I 1st. Came to look at the property I didn't have a document I needed to move in they were willing to work with me and even told me how to get it so I think management is awesome area is always clean they even have someone come clean the building hallways every week it's quiet very family oriented and a very nice place to live rent is a great price and they have a gym, playground, dog park etc. My experience here has been great this far Diane from the office is very nice and always willing to help I would suggest this place if your looking for a great place in the far northeast

My cousin lived here years ago, it was a dump then and years later it still is.
Even when it was first built back in the day it was bad when it was called woodhaven gardens.

The maintenance guy Dell and the Spanish guy walked into my apartment without my Permission while my daughter was playing around with just underwear on They didn’t leave they just went straight to my bathroom to fix an issue this is my first apartment and worst experience ever I feel uncomfortable I can’t wait to move

My sister told the lease lady that we need an apartment by the end February she was told they have apartments available by January she took my sister 70 dollars deposit ran me and my sister credit got approved went to go put the money down to hold the apartment had to do it within 24hrs couldn't do it come to find out there only a 2 weeks hold on apartments and we'll have to move in by January if we want to have the apartment now my sister out 70 dollars and there a hard inquiry on mine and my sister credit report and no apartment to show for it

Wow, I just got approved for a apartment here. Can I get my holding fee back? I don't wanna be around mice and rats.

I personally live here. I don’t have any mice or roach issues the only real problem is that maintenance is terrible. You will wait months to get your issues fixed. This isn’t an exaggeration at all.
