My children appointment was at 2 didn’t get seen until 4: 30 absolutely unacceptable! The worst

Where do i start?
I’m afraid of going to the dentist due to high anxiety about the needles and the drills. Shonda made my experience amazing. Instead of needles she filled my cavities in the most delicate way possible. She was gentle and caring. She talked me through the whole process and she really cared about me and my experience. These people care about your well-being and they want you to return and feel safe. An experience I have never had with any doctor. My kids felt cared for and were treated with respect just as I was. I love this place and I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs and or procedures.

I want to personally thanks the staff from the front to the back! I came in as a walk In just walking by
I asked to make a appointment they said they can see me now! I didn’t have insurance so they offer me a financial option which works for me. I got all my fillings done on site! I am so please my upcoming vacation I don’t have to wear a mask thanks so much! The lady in the front was so polite

Been here over an hour Almost hours (Appointment At 2: 30, it is now 4: 13) as a New Patient, no updates. And my x-rays haven't even been taken yet. I left work early for this. I also work in a dental surgery center, my job would never do this to a new patient, bad impression!
Not a good sign as a new patient. On my way out the door to never return. Not satisfied AT ALL!
Update: gave them another chance. Got some filling and they all came out in 1 week. Waste of my time!

Great service and location. The staff are welcoming and professional. Smells so good like peppermint and very clean environment. They also keep you very well informed about options and your dental care. The staff are courteous and informative about your appointments and any billing questions. The staff address my concerns… my fears and gave me the best advice possible. I really enjoyed the visit…as much as a dentalphobic can enjoy a visit. I highly recommend this Dentist Very nice and professional
NorthEastern Dentistry was WORTH the visit.

A very nice place i have been going for a few years and everyone has always treated me great and fixed my problems with my teeth.they recently had to close because of covid so i had to go somewhere else and i was not happy i cant wait for this office to open back up.

Hate it, they only about the money.my husband is a diabetic and a heart patient, we went to them for a tooth removal that was causing him intense pain.he had 3 visits never did anything about it.since the COVID 19 they shut down their practice. He been back and forth to the hospital because of this.

I received my denture amd im truly impressed with the services the staff and Dr are wonderful chaz the office manager inform me that i would love these denture and he was right on

This office is great the dr and chaz are amazing they are both very informative

This was the best dental experience I ever had. Everyone was super nice and very patient with me. From the front desk to the doctor everyone was super nice! I would recommend this office to anyone especially if you have anxiety about the dentist!

I had a very pleasant experience. I would recommended everybody to visit the overbrook district. Hassan Tate made me feel very comfortable as a nervous patient at 1st. I love visiting my dentist as much as I can for now on.

For the past few days my son have been complaining about his gums hurting. I called his dentist of six years they did not have any emergency appts available. I searched the internet and ran across NorthEastern Dentistry and was told I could bring him in as a walk in. I'm glad I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the first phone call, the entire time I was in the office until the time I left the office. The dentist walked me thru step by step what she was doing in my son's mouth as she was doing it which made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this dentist.
