Northeastern Eye Institute reviews
7First time to this office. Everyone from receptionist to John who did some pre testing before seeing the Doctor, were very friendly, courteous & professional. Dr Bolam was gentle, polite & very reassuring as you would expect from a Professional. Some Drs rush you through but they all didn’t mind answering any questions I had even after my Appointment was over. Very satisfied with this office!
Very friendly skilled professionals surgery was a walk in the park I would recommend to anyone
Extremely talented and professional doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Boland. He is an active listener, compassionate and caring. He is extremely talented and knowledgeable.
From Georgina at the front desk to all of the Northeast Eye Institute Staffing and of course dr. Boland there is not another more professional comprehensive and caring medical facility in this Valley. I have been with them for several years and I've never had a problem they could not help me with in a kind courteous and expeditious maner.
Other than the long wait time to be seen it was fine. Staff was friendly and Dr was very knowledgeable and professional.
When I was born I was born legally blind I had two surgeries one as an infant and again when I was maybe four or five I do not remember I used to see shadows never seen any color are used to see upside down and backwards that’s what I was told I just walk into walls I had to learn braille never in my life was I able to see a leaf grass or many other things like rain I seen these things but I did not see them clearly for what they really were they invent in contacts when I was 21 I got my first pair contact lenses and had to wear glasses on top of that my vision still not what one who never needed glasses Or contact lenses would take for granted. To make the story short I had A few more surgeries for Strug Mattis as I was older cataracts it in and I finally had my surgery Dr. Boland Tomas had done my cataract surgery I cannot express how phenomenal this surgery was funny the first time I seen an actual real raindrop for what it was mind you I’m 55 I cried then I was able to see the leaves the little line on the leaves oh my goodness not a fake plant or having to take everything out of my eyes so I can hold it real close to my face just to see it and the blades of grass that I could see from far away when it rained as I sat in my car and cried of the beauty that this universe has to offer I’m so grateful to wake up in the morning and not have to struggle With putting on contact lenses on a daily basis or trying to find my glasses and hoping they weren’t broke my glasses was so thick that I couldn’t stand in the sun long enough with them I was afraid they burn my eyes LOL I think Dr. Bolan and his compassionate team for a great job thank you.
