My mother & myself have been patients at NEI for many years. First, we were patients of Dr. Arthur Jordan senior & were then placed in the excellent care of Dr. Jordan Jr. They have seen us both through consistent vision problems showing the best compassionate care & concern at all times.

I have a rare visual issue that for decades no doctor, optometrist or ophthalmologist could diagnose. Recently I went to see Dr. Art Jordan at NEI, and after some fairly rigorous tests was able to diagnose me.

On a more basic level, my experience with the staff.getting an appointment, getting prepped for the visit, how I was treated when I arrived, and of course the other professionals that helped Dr. Jordan with the tests, was all top notch. They were all professional, friendly, and kind. I can't praise them enough.

Dr. William Jordan made my day. I was going elsewhere being told I had early onset glaucoma so I had to have field tests and photos every 6 months, Dr. Jordan said No, no glaucoma, no TID, no diabetes. I give Doc a 10! Thank you so much for easing my worries.

Excellent staff. Dr Shovlin is exceptional, extremely thorough. He made me feel at ease. I trust my eyes to him!

The doctor was nice but kept leaving the room for long periods of time my appointment I ended up being there longer than usual. But I was happy with my experience what annoyed me was the waiting alone in the room for several 20min intervals and it felt like forever. I know the doctor was busy but it was torturous but Still a great place would definitely recommend

Verrrry professional office with some of the best employees. Dr William Jordan and his staff has always exhibited great expertise. They explain everything in such a way that you can fully understand what's going on in your eyes. The office is clean, the atmosphere is completely relaxing and inviting. I would definitely recommend it to my family.
The wait time is minimal also and your appointment is always on schedule.

I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Giacometti and Northeastern Eye Institute for eye care. I had a droopy lower eye lid caused by Bells Palsy... Very irritating. This doctor and staff were kind, efficient before, during and after surgery.
They made a scary experience a great one. I tell family and friends to go there for expert and caring help. Thank you to you all

I had a great experience. They give you a lot of assistance and the wait time was very short. My only complaint is that the chairs/seats were dirty! They should replace the soiled ones!
