Lost and broke half of our stuff. Kept charging us more. Did not have it to our new place when it was promised. So much missing. Ridiculous. They should be ashamed.

Couldn't have asked for a more humble and knowledgeable moving team. Mars, Carlos and Manny were great! Just made me a little jealous moving giant things so easily. Thank you!

We’ve relied on moving companies for help with moving for the past 15 years, moving every 1-3 years. This year alone we moved 3 times. We’ve had some terrible movers and a lot of great movers. Northeastern Movers are EXCELLENT. They helped us move today (for hopefully the last time) and right from the start it was clear they cared about making sure the job was done right. The 3 amazing movers showed up within the time frame promised and they quickly got to work. They felt like family or long time friends with how friendly they were and how much care they put into our move — even making sure the tape was only touching furniture where it needed to, and folded backwards so it didn’t stick unnecessarily to other bits (sticky residue sucks to clean off). There was ZERO damage from this move, not even a scratch, and our tempurpedic mattress was no problem which surprised me because the mattress delivery people REALLY struggled when we purchased it. They took furniture apart where needed and reassembled it all too. If we have to move again, Northeastern Movers will be the only company I rely on.

Great set of gentlemen came early and all was done by lunch. They even assembled all of my furniture and put it all where it needed to go. Nothing was damaged and they were very professional. I would recommend them.

Excellent and professional job. I cannot believe how fast and careful these pros are. Everything is carefully wrapped and packed. All charges are clearly discussed as they walk through the inventory with you and help you decide what you want to do with the tricky items. First time hiring professionals for a move. Always did it ourselves. Professional is an understatement. From Martin to Mars and his crew of guys, we could not have asked for a better experience! This team took what is normally a very stressful time and made it perfect from beginning to end. Polite, courteous, and took care of our stuff as is if it were their own. If you are considering a move, call these guys. You will not be disappointed!

Very professional, and courteous crew of movers. Martin, Mars, Travis, and Kevin emptied out my 10' x 20' storage unit filled to the brim with extremely heavy shop equipment, such as table saws, drill presses, band saws, and chop saws to my home. They even took a couple of items from my second unit to fill their trucks, and placed them where I asked without a single complaint. I even used the New York crew (whose names escape me) to empty my place in Queens. Would highly recommend them both. Everyone was great from the owner to the dispatcher, right down to the labor force.

Great guys, they were quick and efficient and went above and beyond for my mother in law. No problems with anything and they even put everything where she wanted it.

They loaded up my stuff, took it to the new address, sent me an invoice in the meantime and wouldn't unload until I stopped what I was doing and paid the invoice (I was driving down the Interstate.) I had already set up payment with them on a credit card the day before. Very scam-ish. Very unprofessional. Won't use them again.

We were not an easy move and the team had already completed a 6 hour move. I know what we had them do sucked but they didn’t complain and worked their tails off. A few scuffs to walls and floors but considering what we made them do, it was completely understandable. Plus they recommended a killer place to eat afterwards. I can’t thank or recommend them enough. Highly recommended.

We moved 575 miles and had Martin, Mars and the crew pack our house, move us and unpack. They did a fantastic job, worked fast, were extremely careful and professional, very polite and a joy to be around. They did a lot to alleviate our stress. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality moving company!

I highly recommend this moving company. They committed to the job with very little advance notice; arrived promptly; were friendly and courteous; and packed things up with care. The charges were reasonable and thoroughly reviewed with me; and the items were loaded and delivered as requested on a very tight timeline. I can't thank these guys enough!

Best experience I could ever had. I called yesterday and today they had a truck available for me to move. Both men that moved all my stuff were attentive and respectful. No damage, no scratches, very professional. I would definitely contact them again. You guys got 6 stars!

They did above and beyond with the mess I left them in my storage unit. They packed it, loaded it and delivered it in no time, and I paid half what I paid to a previous company I hired. And Mars and Mike were very professional and cool dudes and made me feel confident that I hired them.

UNBELEIVABLE! Mars, Kevin, Batman and Mike are AMAZING. They move my 2 bedroom apartment in a matter of 4 hours. I cannot say enough about this team and Northeastern movers. If they are not moving you, than you don’t know how to move. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!
