4Makes appointments they dont show up for. Very unprofessional. Bad business
I had a large limb come down from my tree on Saturday, I called several tree companies and only 2 called me back one was northeast tree. I made an appointment and Peter showed up on time looked at the tree which was a very large maple, he gave me a quote but explained he was booked up for a month but he would fit me in. I told him I was worried that more of the tree would come down and caused damage to adjoining properties. I touched base with peter and he told me he would have a crew at my house on that Saturday, I said great, on Friday morning he called and asked if his crew could come down and take care of the tree and I said yes. His crew came down and had to climb the tree because of the location. When they arrived they went to work and did an excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company, great job
Called them up to cut a few trees in my property. The came out and according to them they left a card in my mailbox as I didn't answer the door. Not really sure why they didn't call but that's whatever. The finally come out and give me an estimate. They tell me they'll call me early the following week. It's now Friday almost two weeks since they gave me an estimate. Still have heard from them. Based on the other reviews this seems somewhat common with them. Seeing as the other reviews say that they either damaged property or did not do the job they were paid to do, I decided to go with another company. Funny thing is I was wondering who was the ONE person who left them a 5 star review? Name on the review is the same name on their business card. Pretty shady (no pun intended).
I would not recommend this company to cut down a snall bush. They are totally un professional, we had to call them many times to come back and complete the job they started, they stopped our job and went to do someone else's leaving tree branches all and equipment all over our yard for weeks. When they finally came back, they still never completed the job they were hired for, so we just told them to leave. Horrible, never hire this company, pathic
