2They are horrible to work with and horrible to get anything accomplished. I have a 86 year old aunt whole lives there when she moved and signed the lease the leasing agent promised to have a ramp built for her to accommodate her needs this happened in July it is now almost Christmas and there still is not ramp that they have promised and this has caused her so much stress and anxiety.the railing for the stairs to her apartment is not even solid or fixed and this was part of what she was promised when she moved into this apartment.these people are horrible to deal with and have been crazy experience. I would never have anyone work with these people.
My water tank was leaking so I put in a service request. I was contacted that day and the maintenance department immediately started to work on my problem. Excellent service!
