Northview Heights Apartments reviews
7Have been a longtime tenant here and can proudly say I never had any issues! The property has been recently taken over by a new management and they have made several and updated many things such as paying rent. Staff here are great and I am very pleased and happy to be a tenant here!
This was one of the first places I lived at when I moved out on my own, the rent at these apartments are very cheap and maintenance is great, the lobby is clean and they have a swimming pool here for the residents which is always nice and clean. This is definitely a great place to live if you first move out on your own and the surrounding neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. This is probably one of the best apartment buildings to live in the City of Erie.
BEWARE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH OWNERS/WORKERS IF you are a contractor or any independently owned business. BEWARE THEY DO NOT PAY. MY Company was not the only COMPANY THEY SCAMMED do not work for these owners /workers until you have a contract that said half pay before start and a deadline for finishing pay. Owner wants really good workers but only pays for what they think they should pay you. BEWARE DONT SO BUSINESS
Do not, I REPEAT, DO NOT Work for the new owners under oakmark management, particularly Zach Heiney. They try to rip off hardworking skilled tradesmen and play mind games. Doesn't agree to signed contracts, and then trys to trick the person into delayed and overdue payments by playing the control and manipulation angle. Anything to save a buck. I could only imagine how their property management company will treat their tenants when greed just wreaks that way
Zack Heiney and his property management company called Oakmark Management are the biggest crooks. Zack tried to rip me and my husband off, but after reading previous reviews, i see that is common. Stay away from this place. Now i see why the previous workers walked out in the middle of work, leaving all their trash hidden in spots through the unit. They walked off because Zack is the typical slum lord just trying to save a dollar by screwing the independent contractors he refuses to sign a contract with?
Having done business with not only the previous owners, but the new owners, Oakmark Management, I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of the office, and maintenance staff. Emillie in the front office has always gone above and beyond when dealing with and helping my employees. Phil in maintenance is always willing to help workers get into and get where they need to be. The grounds itself are always clean and appear to be well maintained. Northview Heights and Oakmark Managment have been a pleasure to work with.
