On your medical services.but a shame.if your business wasn't emergency services.the only woman that you have in the billing dept. For 15 years is extremely rude.the phone call started with she rang me back because after 6 attempts by me that kept going to voice-mail.these were a few hours apart.
I don't like leaving messages with a machine.none the less she called me next day at 8am.and said in a rude way. I'm calling you from seeing you called 6 times but never left a message. I told her I don't like talking to machines that I would continue trying until a human answer.

So anyway.why was I calling in a rude tone she asked.my mother for years had a subscription with you guys.we love your services the crews are always the best care.

So she was recently ill again.and admitted to the hospital.so the code on billing submitted to aetna was wrongl so they didn't cover 100%. So I knew it was covered called aetna they had verified it should've been paid and gave me a new pre authorization number to have EMS submit for payment.

Well your billing dept witch started yelling at me that it doesn't work that way she wasn't going to rebill any ammt and it was my responsibility to pay.she even said do you not think i know how to do my job.ive been doing this 15 years.and your insurance company is the worst.

Anyway.if you were any other type of business. I would never do business with you again.because of her. Thank goodness USUALLY I pay my co-pays ONLINE when they are correctly billed to me.and never b4 or ever have to speak with her again.

Thank you for your wonderful Paramedics services that come to my rescue.but the wicked witch spoils your reputation.

Crossing McKees Rocks bridge, no one behind me, an EMS truck with no lights on comes to the ramp stop sign. I keep going; they have the stop. NOPE. The operator of the truck decides to run the stop sign. Almost hit me broad side, as I braked HARD to avoid them. THEN, they put the lights on.

Ok. Must have a call. NOPE. Once they get in front of me, a single car, lights go off. (See pic.) They continue to do this at every intersection and light when I am behind them, running them all. Then lights go off and they continue on their way at a normal speed for 65. Reckless and unacceptable.

For people concerned about the health and welfare of others, they have little concern for following rules put in place for the safety of the rest of us. Of course, why would they? If they get in an accident, even one they cause, they can’t be found liable-even if not responding to a call. Obviously their concern for public safety is zero. Another Heritage Valley subsidiary that is only concerned about what is easiest and best for themselves. SURPRISE!
