5 Dr. Panik had too many patients and when I asked him to NOT tell my mother that we requested to have her checked for Dementia and I wanted PROFFESSIONAL Priviledge-so she would think the test routine at her age-the first words out of his mouth was BLANK and BLANK wanted me to give you this mental test!
AND today after we left about 15 years ago-they sent me a form to fill out for my next visit?
Receptionist EXTREMELY RUDE! I’ve never ever in my life got treated with the disrespect/ rudeness of one of the receptionists!
Dr. Gary and his staff are fantastic. I've never had a problem getting an appointment to be seen or having a question answered or a prescription filled.

I got hung up on. I called for an appointment and this lady said I can only get an appointment in if it’s “urgent care” I asked what that meant and and she cut me off nervously said “alrighty bye” you do not hang up on customers. Rude and unprofessional
