I was very impressed with the organization of paperwork and punctuality of this facility. I feel like Rob was not hurried and spent a lot of time listening to me and diagnosing the problem. He provided strengthening exercises to do at home for relief. Well worth my time!

I highly recommend Nova Care! The office staff is extremely reliable and friendly. They call back right away if you have a question. They also take the initiative to call if an earlier appointment opens up. They anticipate your needs and try to meet them. The PTs are excellent, extremely knowledgeable, sensitive to your pain and limitations, and good listeners. In my case, they worked to find the source of my pain, even when specialists I had seen weren’t able to. I mattered to my PT—I wasn’t just a number.

I have received physical therapy from NovaCare on several different occasions. I always come back to them. They are attentive, friendly and supportive. They're very knowledgeable and find ways to help my body recover. And they give me exercises I can do at home on my own to keep things progressing.

My PT, Amanda, is great! She helps with the whole picture, swelling which hinders your exercising, the tightness in the scar tissue etc. I know I will be much better after my sessions with her.

Hands down the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. I at no point felt rushed and my therapist took time to listen to all I had to say about my history and symptoms. She did a great job explaining what the issue was and how I could address it on my own going forward and did not pressure me to book more appointments - she simply said to reach back out when I was feeling better, had questions, or needed more guidance. And I most certainly will!

All the staff members are friendly and helpful. Alisha made me feel better the first day, more confident that this issue can be resolved! After meeting with her few times, I am already feeling relief and the ability to get back to my workouts. She is a great listener and responds with appropriate solutions/ techniques. The facility is clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this NovaCare.

I have a chronic back pain for years. I have been seeing a several PT and none of them helped me.then, I finally met a new doctor, she recommends this place, NovaCare in Erie which is an hour away from home. I met Elizabeth Darling and her staffs, they are AMAZING! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional! The office staffs were great too! The environment is safe and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great place with fantastic physical therapists. NovaCare has a very nice, comforting atmosphere where everyone is always happy. Great place to go!

The NovaCare team is knowledgeable and very attentive to all patients. The look beyond just the initial injury being treated for prevention of repeat injury. My family had an emergency on a holiday (slipped disc) and these professionals helped that very day. Outstanding and appreciated!

I am confident I am in the right place for physical therapy. Elizabeth knows what treatment plan is best for me and I am very thankful for her expertise. This is a super office for rehabilitation.
