NovaCare Rehabilitation - Doylestown - Cross Keys

I switched to NovaCare from another facility and I have to say the experience has been outstanding. My PT, Jennifer Smith-Kreider, is amazing. She listens to me, developed a care plan and alters it as needed. I now feel as if I am on the right road to recovery. I highly recommend Jennifer and the entire NovaCare team.

Jennifer is the best. Good people skills plus a wealth of knowledge. Takes the stress out of physical therapy.

I had an injury that was almost 2 years old. I’m with the VA and they only allowed six visits! Within that six visits my therapist Jenn and Tina trained me and taught me how to continue with the therapy. I am so grateful for those two ladies. Starting with Meo, receptionist at doylestowm to Jennifer and Tina everyone is friendly and receptive to my needs. With Jennifer and Tina working on my leg after total knee replacement, I feel I’m making great strides to getting back to normal after just two weeks post surgery.

They are really good at what they do. They know just what you need and how much to push you so you can advance at a good rate.

I broke my ankle on October 7 and had surgery to repair my trimalleolar fracture with dislocation on October 11. My injury was sudden and very painful. I could not acclimate myself to utilizing a walker or crutches because I also sprained my other ankle from my fall.

My surgeon’s office coordinated with Novacare to have a physical therapist come to our home and try to teach me how to navigate with my new situation. Fortunately for me, Jenn Smith-Kreider was sent to our home from Novacare. Jenn tried everything to help me with such a knowledgable, kind and caring demeanor. Jenn was also very positive that I would recover nicely which gave me encouragement. She also emailed me exercises I could do from my wheelchair to keep me active and focused.

When Jenn was ready to leave, I asked her if she could recommend anywhere for outpatient physical therapy when I was able to. My husband and I both normally use St Mary physical therapy, but we were so impressed with Jenn that we valued her opinion on where to go for outpatient physical therapy. Jenn said “I do physical therapy for Novacare in Doylestown! ” Right then and there, I was so excited that I would have the opportunity to work with her to get better. I have to say, knowing Jenn was going to be my therapist gave me an “end goal”.

I have now been working with Jenn since November 22. I don’t live close to Doylestown. There are several physical therapy facilities in my area; however, I would travel anywhere to have Jenn be my therapist.

With Jenn’s help, I have improved greatly! I am still in pain, but each day working with Jenn, I know I will be back to normal.

The front desk, Jenn and the other patients have made this facility a true supportive experience!

The staff, especially Holly, is very professional and knowledgeable about my back condition and worked with me closely with treatments and exercises that I could do at the facility and then provided me with written instructions so I could repeat them at home. Holly didn't just give me exercises and then walk away like other places, she was with me continually, watching and correcting when I did something incorrect. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. After weeks of PT, when I was released, I really felt like I was leaving a group of friends. Holly keeps up-to-date in her field, learning and offering me new treatments and techniques for my back. I highly recommend Holly and her staff.

What a wonderful experience I have had with my physical therapy. Holly is my therapist. I have been working with her for over 6 weeks and I am very happy with the care that I have received. She is extremely knowledgeable about what needs to be done for my care plan with my herneiated disc. I have improved significantly and I love the massage at the end of my therapy plus she has a great bed side manner. I also want to acknowledge my first line of contact Neo. She has such a nice personality and always assists with my billing and scheduling needs. I feel welcome when I am here and I highly recommend coming to this location for your care.

I’ve been going here for about 4 months now. The staff here is second to none. I truly feel blessed that this is where I was sent for PT they have really helped me through the process of getting better and trying to get back to work. I know if I have a need for PT again I’ll definitely be giving them my business.
