Jessica is a very well thought out therapist, she listens to your problems and assess your needs of the problem. Jessica is very friendly and I love ti work with her.

Very good physical therapist who takes care of his patients and genuinely seems to care about their well-being.

I had rotator cuff surgery and went to Nova Care at this location.
My physical therapist was the best, compassionate to my pain but helped me through it. I know I wouldn’t be as far along as I am now without her help.
If you can get “Jessica”as your physical therapist do so.
Everyone is very professional any seems to be very knowledgeable.
I could give it 10 stars I would.

My mother’s home therapist made an appointment with van service, the day of the appointment the van never came, I called they said no van service was requested. I was sitting with the therapist when the van service was requested so that was the first mistake on NovaCare’s part. Then I rescheduled the appointment for Tuesday Aug 27,11am, with van service, even had after a lengthy conversation with the clerk on the other end of the phone about what time she would be picked up. Well, no show again. I called NovaCare, and talked to Carla, Carla informed me that my mother was not scheduled for the van, again. This situation is unacceptable, irresponsible, and a total lack of professionalism. Also, when I tried to talk to a manager, I was told the manager does work until noon, so there is no manager or supervisor for 4 hours during the operation if hours of this facility. Not very good for the patients. Maybe the rehab is better than scheduling

The staff their is friendly, creative, n push you to get the best results for you.

I have been to many Therapy Offices thru the years, and this has been the best one ever. They do have Transportation, Great Therapist and excellent customer service. I will recommended to anyone that needs a good therapist.
