Everyone at N. S. Johnson is polite & knowledgeable. They installed our new gas boiler several years ago, have maintained/serviced that for us & most recently they installed a new central air conditioning system for us. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Highly recommended. They were prompt to get back with me, professional, and well priced. The bigger companies must be paying too much for overhead. They didn’t try to upsell me anything and just a great experience. On top of that they did some extras while here like cleaning the pilot light on the water heater. I really am happy with their service.

A local big name company was taking advantage of me and was pushing a new $12000 heat pump system on me. They also overcharged me by A TON for the little work that they did to my current unit and had quoted me much more for other work they claimed I needed. Called NS Johnson for a second opinion and was connected with mike. Explained the situation to him and he told me he’d send jake out that day. Jake was there within 2 hours and checked out my heat pump, fixed a few little things, and made sure it was working properly. He did all of this for less than $200. The other company was trying to charge me $12000 for a new unit or $2400 to “temporarily fix” my current unit. Thanks Mike and Jake! Will absolutely use NS Johnson for all my needs and highly recommend them to all!

Jake has serviced our furnace for the past 4 years. When it was really cold a few weekends ago, our furnace was struggling to kick on. He came out on a Sunday Evening because he didn't want us going without heat until Monday. He also serviced our fireplace when we couldn't get the pilot light to ignite and get the flame going. He is friendly and trustworthy. I recommend them.

Great service, very understanding. They care about customer's situation, knowledgeable, great experience, highly recommended. Jake was excellent, he was early, he was completely understanding of our situation, he went above and beyond getting us hot water that we desperately needed.

Jake did an excellent job. Our heat pump went out and he came, in the pouring down rain, to repair it. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Mike is great to work with too. Sent service person out immediately and quoted prices for the job. Thanks guys - great job! Will definitely use again!

Jake, Scott, and Logan were very professional, informative, and very thorough. They came in and got to work immediately.
They made sure everything was done right and then cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them!

Mike and his team installed a new mini-split system and changed my appliances over from LP to natural gas. The guys were great to work with. They left the place clean and communicated really well throughout the process - even when it looked like there was no gas in the line. The price was fair and the work was excellent.

Waited for months to get on the schedule, no response. Finally gave up and got another company to do it within a few days for way less. The N. S.guy seemed nice but couldn't get service or even a reply, so zero stars.
