These guys are the best! We had a bent rim which was causing our tire to go flat. We came in expecting to need to pay for a new tire plus balancing and mounting. They hammered out the rim, filled the tire, mounted and balanced it at NO charge. My daughter is the primary driver of this car. I cannot thank them enough not only for being kind and generous but for giving this mom peace of mind! Thank you! We will be definitely be back with all of our tire needs.

Not bad, service is relatively quick, I'm never waiting too long, it's a little pricey in my opinion but other than that, they do what they do pretty well overall.

The guys at this facility are professional, nice, honest, and don't overcharge. They were extremely helpful after I purchased a car from across the street at Fred Beans. I would definitely recommend using them. They work fast and get you on the road quickly.

Was quick about getting my car turned around. Service rep up front was nice and informative. Didn’t try and give a run around to get more money like most places do.

Great place! Been going there for years Oil changes, tire rotation, state inspection and general maintenance!

Your service tec are slow and uninformative there should be no reason why I'm here
for 3 hours for an oil change and inspection to many car not enough tech's

Always get my oil changes done here because of my insurance discount and I always book online to save $10. Reason of the 4 stars is that most of the time it takes longer than expected will be told 45 minutes and takes almost double the time. Love that tshy have customer wifi though even if it is slow.great waiting area.

They pulled a bait and switch with the coupon I had.
The appointment was for 2: 30 yet the car wasn't done until 4;25, just for an oil change.
If all you need is an oil change, go to jiffy lube.

Worst experience ever i made appointment day before they told me 3 pm will be perfect and hassle free i was erlier than appointment time i didnt wanted to be late but instand of 3pm they started it on 4 pm they couldnt manage time and customers!

Dont go if you dont want to lose your time and patience

Seems natural for people to complain about mechanics. I went in for a basic oil change, was considering replacing a headlight but decided not too because I didn't want to pay the installation fee (and I figured I'd do it myself.) To my surprise I get in the car and the mechanic had taken it upon himself to put in the lightbulb and wrote on the back 'free of charge. ' Pretty amazing in this day in age and saved me time. Highly recommended.

AWESOME! Good service at the Langhorne location. It took a bit longer than i would like, but they did the job right. Cannot remember my installers name, young guy short hair, thin, tall, very quiet. He did a great job and got extra points from me when I saw him using a torque wrench on my truck.very pleased.

Avoid to save hassels for yourselfs. Terrible customer service, barely answer their phones, they are scam artists. Rented a car through them with Lyft for a week and they charged me 250 for a dent I wasn't responsible for and for an extra day when they weren't open to return it. Definately stay away from this place.

Consistently professional quality and timely service.
I work on my own car and am VERY picky about others working on my car (only go to shops for state inspection, tires, alignment)
I purposely drive past other NTB locations (bad experiences) to get to this one.
Never been jerked around or had any complaints.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have alot of traffic with the lyft program but always do their best to help all customers.
