It's one of the best auto service locations. The staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. All work is performed in a timely-manner and at very high quality.

Had a GREAT experience here. Dylan was frickin awesome and gave us all the info we wanted, answered all our questions, and totally pointed us in the right direction. Had a speedy tire install and good experience all around. Leah was super helpful as well!

Needed tire replaced.had the donut tire on.took 15 minutes which is outstanding. Would recommend.

Jesse and Leah were extremely helpful and accommodating. The shop was really busy. I had a nail and didn't want to drive home 30 miles on the tire. They were true champions for me. The guys in the shop were really busy but managed to fit me in. I'm forever grateful.

Had a dead battery, they got me in the same day@ cheaper price than I was quoted elsewhere. Bldgs clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Made appt on 8 -1-22 to get new tire lady said was in stock for 8-2-22 8am I went there an thevguy said there are no tires in stock for my truck ask me who I talked to an she was standing right there an the only they she said was I thought we had tires for it. An she vevn put me on a 15 min hold to make sure there were tires. No one there knew what the were doing. Another customer they order wrong axle an another customer the order wrong shocks. An this was all today. DM NEED TO GO IN WORK WITH THERE STAFF.very disorganized. I'm a first time customer an will never go back

Issues happen it’s part of life. I did not have an appointment today and stopped by to see why I was having an issue with my tires I bought online. I wasn’t sure how I would be treated.

Went in for a state inspection. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service I received.

Ok so the other day I was replacing my wife’s brakes (if I ever say that I’m replacing brakes please punch me in the face) and while removed a lug nut I snapped a stud. Not usually a problem, they are fairly easy to replace. Instead of fixing it right away I figured it wasn’t going anywhere and I continued on with my life. While today driving down go Best Buy to get a new laptop, the stud came loose and started causing havoc on the brakes, and rotors. Thankfully we were just a quarter mile from NTB - National Tire & Battery in cranberry. I limped my way in and brad and his tech Ryan had my pilot up and working on it. Within 30 minutes they had it done and us on the road. Now here’s the best part. They didn’t charge me a thing. What they don’t know is that this will be where I take my vehicles to for all services from this time on. Thank you National Tire and Battery in cranberry

I came into this establishment on 4/12/2022 with a tire problem. Connor, Jesse and the rest of the crew were highly professional and managed their time very well. I was impressed by their work ethic and I appreciated it. I was on the clock at the time. Keep up the great work guys!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Took car in for safety inspection and they told us we needed new tires, brakes, and rotors all around. They were not expecting my husband (who is an engineer) to do it himself because the brakes and rotors were well within acceptable limits (published by PA DOT). We told the technician and showed them the old brake pads. They agreed they were within limits but came up with excuses like " they are allowed significant discretion in failing the brakes". They also claimed they removed all the pads for inspection which is very suspect for a $40 inspection. No plausible explanation for the inspection failure was provided. These inspections are being falsely rejected do to incompetence or to drum up business. We gave them a chance to rectify the situation and use this as a learning opportunity but they failed to do so.

We just picked up our truck after NTB ordered and installed some new tires for us. The staff was super knowledgeable about the tires and provided us some great guidance. We are so happy with the outcome, definitely recommend them!

Ntb is the best one stop shop! I was greeted by a gentlemen named Connor as I walked into the store. Connor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! Ntb will be my go to store for any auto needs from now on

Brad was exceptional! Very busy store but managed to take control and explain exactly what was best for my vehicle! Just a heads up though for the bay/garage area.we can hear you talking
