They were amazing but sometimes they criticize Puerto Ricans. At the end of the day were all Hispanic period. So do better and be amazing.

Horrible company. The owner threatened an elderly neighbor of mine with his two daughters; stating that one of them works at City Hall of Reading Records with Police. The drivers have the worst attitude and the owner is a liar and should be shut down completely. Please use other transportation services and safe yourself the trouble.

I used to ride on this bus all the time. I’m on the bus right now, he’s driving recklessly and even hit a car going in reverse, and I have my 1 month old son with me. The price was always $35, today? I asked and they said it was $40, then 5 seconds later They’re charging me $50 because “ I’m going to far “ when I’m going to the same place they are. They’re even charging $30 dollars for my son.

Extremely late for pick, Had to cancel trip to NY, Very disappointed, I highly do not recommend! I WILL be looking into Charter buses. Lucky they’re getting one star!

They drive like race car drivers. Not one worry about anyone else in the van. They drive past your house 2 to 3 times because they have a list that goes in order. If your address got written down last prepared to wait till everyone's dropped off.

I have been riding this van for almost 3 years. Today I was robbed and assaulted by a young man. The bosses were completely rude about it. My face is bruised and glasses are broke. I’ just finished placing a police report on them and Monday morning I’ll be contacting a lawyer. This was by far the worst trip of my life. I suffer from ptsd from being abused I did not need to be attack by a male on a trip that is paid for. I strongly suggest to NOT use this service. They are never on time and are rude and have zero care for their clients and I have been loyal for 3 solid years. This is the treatment they gave a weekly customer. Who used the van two times in one day some times more then one day a week.

I was told $35 from my transportation. The driver charged me $40 and said it was further. I was riding on this bus for 3 weeks straight. And it was $35 suddenly it’s $40. Becareful the drivers make their own prices and charge extra when they want to make an extra dollar.

Worse Despach ever the lady who answers the phone it’s rude not professional at All, they told us that they were going to pick us up at 3: 00 pm and we received a last minute call telling they were coming 1 hour early we weren’t even home, she hanged the phone coursing Telling us to take a different bus

They good the only thing is they make you wait long. But besides that.ride was comfortable.
