19Dr. Marzena Bieniek is an excellent physician. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Dr. Cook is great at explaining what's happening with your foot and providing all of the possible treatment options.
Dr. Bieniek is a wonderful, professional doctor, She knows her area of study in rheumatology and related areas and has compassion and empathy for her patients. I would not want to see another doctor in her place, I am well pleased with Dr. Bieniek.and confident in her knowledge and treatment skills. Thank you.
Dr Maehrer and his entire staff were great and professional. I strongly recommend his services.
Dr Maehrer listened to my concerns. He developed a treatment plan for my feet unlike the first doctor I went to. I feel confident in his guidance.
They double book and are not good at follow up. I have had several appointments here and have heard other patients check in for the same doctor for the same appointment time. Doc was always at least 30 min late to appointment time.
Doc would say to schedule some next step with front reception, front desk would say someone will call to schedule, no one calls. Reach out through the portal and be told someone will schedule me and never hear back. Wish they were as disorganized about asking for my copay.
Dr Bieniek is awesome. She is friendly, yet professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. She always makes me feel relaxed and important to her as her patient. I just think she's amazing and I'm grateful to have such a wonderful rheumatologist on my team.
Dr. Cook was very friendly with an excellent bedside manner; which made my son feel at ease during his procedure.
Dr. Cook takes the time to explain everything and listen to your concerns, as well! Very knowledgable! I originally went to him for a second opinion and I am very happy did!

I have been going to Dr. Kramer for many years - he did a bunionectomy several years back and now, an up-coming hammer toe surgery. I have full confidence that this surgery will go every bit as well as my last surgery. Dr. Kramer ALWAYS leaves the decision to operate up to the patient.

Took my baby daughter for an ingrown nail to OAA and Dr. Hartzell was lovely, awesome, extremely helpful and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr Kramer for several years due to having Diabetes. He has been so gentle when he cuts my nails. I highly recommend Dr Kramer. All the Best to him and the practice!
