When I visit family here, it's always really quiet & everything looks maintained.

It a very well kept mobile home park if you have any questions all you need to do is talk to Mary. It's a quiet place and everyone I have met up here seem to be very nice people.

Manager Mary, is very nice.she assisted me with a serious situation.she's thoughtful and kind and very understanding.but no pushover.very professional.

I only went to pick up a fire pit the gentleman I bought it off of said they weren't allowed to use it there so based off that I'd never live there

Mary in the office is very friendly, however it took us 2 or 3 months to get in. Once we got in we had a leak in our hallways cause they didnt finish putting the stuff together on the washer. My daughter ran water in the bathroom sink and it leaked causing the bathroom floor to get soaked. The floors they did was not put down properly and the tiling where the water leaked is coming up already we just moved in yesterday. The trash cans they give us was not there and the the cement work is unfinished they left the wood in and have a bunch gathered at the bottom of the walkway. Otherwise the place is great, no issues with neighbors, we like Mary etc.

My husband and I love living in this community. It's been almost two years and this is definitely our forever home. Some people have issues with management but if you abide by the rules and don't cause trouble and keep your home well maintained there should be no problems. Mary has been very good to us and when we've needed something done (which is hardly ever) she's been there for us and if she couldn't do it she directed us in the right direction. Thank you Mary.

This place is sad! Raised the rent in the middle of a pandemic saying its due to economic growth which is a joke. Water is always off or you have to boil it! An will do nothing to make the park look nice!

Very nice people, I can see a lot of repairs happening! Management is making this community even nicer to live in.

I can't say enough about the meticulous, astute professionalism I have received during the purchase of one mobile home in Oak Estates; that led to the movement of a second home into the community, using their "Move your home for free program". Out standing service every step of the way. Highly recommend this quiet, well managed, place to call home.
