Oak Hill Apartments reviews
6Living at Oak Hill Apartments for three years has been absolutely fantastic. The sense of community here is incredible; everyone is like a big family and always ready to help in every aspect. The staff has been so helpful and quick to resolve any issues, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are fantastic and well-maintained. Additionally, the location is super convenient, with everything I need nearby. For instance, there's a store right in the middle of the complex that stocks everything you might need, and they even have a takeout food place that I tried, and it was delicious. I can't recommend Oak Hill Apartments enough – it has been an amazing place to call home for three years, and I'm truly grateful for the experience. Thank you to everyone at Oak Hill Apartments for making it all so special!
I guess it’s worth the price. Not a fan of the threatening eviction notices for owing less than a dollar though. The security guards are good people and definitely necessary in this neighborhood.
Horrible management. My building was mice infested, my apartment flooded twice and they didn’t replace anything and did not make all the necessary repairs to restore my home. The garbage chute was always clogged which made the building smell disgusting and several other issues.
Oak Hill is a lovely, interesting, and convenient place to live. We’ve been looking for a home in easy commuting distance from Carnegie Mellon since last November and are very happy to have found this neighborhood and residence.
After noticing Oak Hill on Apartments dot com, we were assigned an excellent leasing agent. Andrei started by learning about our priorities and budget, then showed us three units, each a good fit. Throughout the process for applying and moving in to our favorite of the three, Andrei answered many questions helpfully and swiftly by email and phone, and gave good advice for moving in and getting settled.
We love our unit for both the interior layout and window views. This is the best apartment we’ve ever had for the convenience of power outlets on every wall. The appliances are nice, the carpet was impressively clean when we moved in, and maintenance has been swift and effective.
The area has beautiful landscaping, attractive buildings, and good bus access. There is plenty of parking for residents (lots and streets), and street parking for visitors through security.
We also like Oak Hill’s balanced approach to pets. The lease allows cats and dogs with strict but reasonable requirements and a one-time fee, but no monthly pet rent!
Our neighbors are a nice mix of families and students. When our movers needed space to park, the next-door neighbor immediately and cheerfully moved her car for us. We very much like living here and look forward to enjoying Oak Hill through every season.
Never lived there in oak hill apartments. But I know they are very nice inside and out I also think the community is very nice and beautiful. I would really like to get the chance or the opportunity one day to be able to experience had lived there.
Just moved here and love the two bed two bath townhome. Everything was clean and working when I moved in. The bottom shelf to the fridge was missing and they literally replaced it the next day. Love community lovely amount of space to be right in the city. That being said the water was brown so make sure you have a good water filter. And they keep your entire despising and try to ask for more money
