The Oakwood Apartments maintenance person did a great job replacing the hot water heater. The new one works very well.

Maintenance is lousy, been having the same reoccurring issues with my shower knobs for months. This is not the first reoccurring issue I've had. They will also unplug or turn your security cameras around if you have them in your unit.
