Oasis Dental Team PC reviews
17I enjoyed going to the dentist. They explained what has to done. They don’t surprise you, take step by step in the routine they do.
The office was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and gave detailed explanations of the procedures and pointers on what I needed to be doing. Overall a pleasant experience.
The staff is very professional & knowledgeable. Love my visits every time. Thanks guys. (-_-).
Caring, compassionate and highly skilled professionals with a wealth of experience making complicated procedures seem almost routine. Oasis Dental takes very very good care of me every time I highly recommend Oasis Dental for absolutely great, highly skilled and most important, affordable dentistry for all.
My hygienist was wonderful. Did a super job on my cleaning. Haven't been there for a while. But she inspired me to get back to flossing. The dentist and the rest of the staff was good also. Glad to be back on schedule at Oasis!
Everyone was super nice and charming. They answered all my dental care questions. The space and clean and the providers are passionate about their work! I definitely recommend this dental office
I haven’t been to a dentist for a very long long time. Bad experience in the past but Dr. Berman and the staff were excellent. Yes I was scared initially but relaxed once they started working on my cavity. Couldn’t feel a thing! They want to get the job done but understood my anxiety.
I have been a client of Oasis for years over 6 years. I am always pleased with my care and service. This includes routine care and Invisalign services.
This was my first visit, the technician explained what he was doing and what needs to been. I enjoyed his professionalism.
The staff is exceptional. I can’t say enough about how much my family loves our new Dentist.
Dr. Hope Berman was referred to me after I had a botched root canal. She took me in, referred me to an endodontist & had me continue treatment with her afterward. I must say that my experience was AMAZING at Oasis Dental with Dr. Berman & her staff. My experiences have been painless & very satisfying. In this professional setting I am more than happy to say, that during each visit I am treated like a friend. Oasis Dentist is an excellent place for excellent dental care.
I called with a dental problem, was seen promptly and had my problem fixed the same day! Everyone on the team was very helpful.
I was pretty concerned when I had to change Dentist, but I am happy to say my experience at Oasis was better than I could have imagined. Staff were Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
The dental care is great! My mouth feels great! I felt cared for once i was called back.
The customer is subpar, in my opinion and the reason I couldnt give 5 stars. (Long post)
I made the recommendation that missed appointments (cancelled less than 48 hours) and the applicable fee be iterated more often (whether on the greeting or in the confirmation) and i felt i was dismissed.
The reason being- i hadnt been in for a while (19 months) due to life situations. No fault of anyone's but my own. When i made my new appointment, i was advised I had a small balance from my last appt. Not a problem except I didnt receive ANY correspondence about it in all this time. It was literally $25 so i guess it wasnt a big deal to them but i like to pay what's owed.
When i came in, I was informed I owed $100 for 2 missed appointments and the $25 balance from 4/2022 (11/2022 and 8/2023). I absolutely dont remember the 11/2022 appt and attempted to cancel 8/2023 appt. I was charged $75 for the missed 8/2023 appt because I cancelled in less than 48hrs. I asked for documentation of the policy because nowhere did it state there was a $75 nor the 48hrs notice. The young lady stated it was in the paperwork I signed and I asked her when did i sign said paperwork. She was unable to locate it then deferred to a gentlemen who stated that it is just practice and it would be stated in the new and updated paperwork i was signing today. He also stated this info is in the text messages that are sent out.
Moving along- I paid the total balance and shared with him all the recent texts i received and the financial consent form. The financial consent says there will be a fee but does not state what it is. The text messages dont state anything about fees or cancellation notice. The gentlemen noted I would have a credit on my account for the difference. (I forgot to check when i left)
I completed my appointment and at check out was told I had no balance. The young lady shared that, based on my insurance, the additional service I received was actually covered. Then she proceeded to give me a copy of a word document that I signed in 4/2018 that outlined the 48hr notice of cancellation and a $50 fee if not adhered to. When I shared that 1. The form was signed 5 years ago 2. This is no longer valid as new forms were signed AND 3.it stated the fee is $50, not $75 the response was the $50 fee doesnt include things from now. That isnt her exact words but the reasoning doesnt make any sense.
I shared a recommendation to reiterate the 48hr cancellation notice and fee amount in the phone greeting and text messages and i felt my suggestion was dismissed.
So again, it's not about the fee. It's more about the communication of the fees and the feeling of being dismissed and unheard simply because I asked for additional explanation and provided. In addition, I have a personal outpatient medical practice experience and customer service is key. It starts from the first phone call then the first contact when you walk in the door. That can totally deter some from returning for care.
Today I saw Dr. Steve Danzig, my dentist of approximately 30 years, who has now joined Oasis Dental. I was pleased to see that his wife, also a dentist, and two dental technicians are also there. Dr. Danzig has always provided excellent care and I felt very comfortable with him as I always have. The office staff were very kind and pleasant as well. I had no problem with the computer documentation although it would be helpful if the medications were transferred from visit to visit, with the ability to edit them. I take many medications and it took quite a while to write them all in again. I copied them from a list I keep on my phone. Also, I learned that my credit card had not worked on my last visit six months ago, so I owed for two visits. I was informed about this in a very kind and pleasant way, but I would have preferred to learn it closer to the time of the service, so I could pay my bill in a timely fashion. My credit card was canceled due to a fraudulent use by an unknown individual, and I received a new card. I did not realize that this occurred prior to this transaction. However, I was very satisfied with this visit.and look forward to my February appointment. Note: I just received a call from Oasis Dental that I
was overcharged for the two appointments, possibly due to math issues. I agreed that the overpayment could be retained and applied to my next appointment. Also, I requested a corrected receipt and confirmation of the $110.00 account credit and this was promptly e-mailed. However, all in all, a concerning interaction.
I feel extremely comfortable coming to oasis dental. The doctors and the staff is always very nice. I recommend
