I searched and searched for the perfect 4-wheeler online. The availability of everything was insanely scarce for what I had in mind. I called RJay.he helped me with everything. Spoke over all of the options, differences of each product, quotes amongst the ones I was interested in. I had several to choose from and ultimately I got the perfect 4-wheeler for my needs and my family. Loving my best life on my large property as a severely disabled veteran. Takes FOREVER to get a quote and they sold out of what I wanted. Service dept failed straighten my front tires of the four wheeler and we had to take it in twice. Service also sucked for side by sides.

RJay was recommended to me by a co-worker. I set my purchase & financing on-line before I went it knowing which machine I wanted. RJay helped make the transaction smooth. I was on of the lucky ones that didn't have to wait for my machine to be shipped, it was on the floor in-stock.

They and I quote, "don't care about snowmobilers because they always ask for a discount. " The reason I asked? Because typically when you purchase a snowmobile from them they offer a discount on parts. Well he took me asking for a discount as if I was begging/complaining and told me he doesn't care about snowmobilers. Go to Forest Park Honda instead, they actually care about customers.

My Can-Am was not running very well and I contacted RJay who put me in contact with service who came in on a day they are normally not working and serviced my machine immediately and had it fixed in less than an hour. The customer service is fantastic, I would recommend Off-road Express on Peach street to anyone looking for a new atv.

Robert Caveney went out of his way to put together an excellent deal on a Can Am Spyder Sea to Sky.
He and the parts guy then found the lights I was interested in. Installed them and had the vehicle ready on the day I was available for Pickup.

I stop in to get a honda talon first day I wast ignored for about 30 minutes I apply I got approval 3 days later.drove 3 hours to get it I was ignored again after 30 minutes walk away going somewhere else's to speen my money

Wonderful sales department and parts center. This store is better then the Wattsburg, PA Location. More honesty here and clearer pricing in writing.

I'm the last person to write a review but want to recognize Off Road Express for a great purchase experience. We wanted a SSV but knew nothing of the market. Our salesman RJay took the time to understand what was important to us, explained the differences, and gave us tons of time to ask questions. Their team was an important factor in purchasing. Everyone from the sales manager to the fella who delivered wanted to impress us and serve. We love our new Defender and Off Road Express is our powersports dealer!

We just bought a Harley V rod and dealt with Steve. Seriously, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back!

I was in the market for a Sea Doo and wanted to purchase one pre-season to avoid the spring rush and for pre-season pricing. I did my homework as one should prior to making an investment such as this and decided on the PWC that would suit me best. Initially I was working with my local dealer that had one on sale for a reasonable price, but when I requested an estimate with an out-the-door price, I had some questions on the extraneous cost. A large portion of the initial discount was negated by the added cost. They were a little over $500 heavy compared to the competition and were not willing to negotiate the price. At this point I contacted RJ Parthemer at Off Road Express and I was impressed by how well-informed he was on the product and his wiliness to answer all the questions I had and then some. He then promptly sent me an estimate with the bottom-line pricing and again I was impressed. All of the lines on the sales agreement were clear, easily explained and less then a lot of the competition. At this point I was sold. I failed to mention, I was coming from Pittsburgh which is a 2 hour drive. Not something you want to do in the middle of winter, especially when you have a dealer 30 minutes away. That being said it was well worth the trip. Upon entering the building, I was immediately greeted and directed toward RJ. On my short journey to the desk I was greeted by 2 other associates to make certain I was being helped. Chatted with RJ, ironing out the details and quickly expedited the process along. While finance was working on finalizing the paperwork I was introduced to an All-State agent Jeff Carden. Yet again another very knowledgeable addition to this team. He went over insurance options with me, never pressuring me to utilize their services (obviously ended up using all-state). As we were wrapping things up, RJ stepped in to escort me to Patrick Waldron's office (Finance Manager). He was quick and thorough answering any questions I had. I can write a book on this place for only having a short visit with them. Bottom-line this team is an impressively engaged, well oiled machine that hit all the marks. I worked years in sales and service and honestly have no complaints or criticisms. I will certainly make the trip to deal them for future purchases.
