3Is best antique shop I have ever seen, Can't believe it's been open since december. Owners are very knowledgeable about the merchandise they have, And they will answer any and all questions. Is everything is priced very fairly. They have a lot of unique items. Definitely we'll go back. Purchased an antique Is lamp for a very reasonable price, The owner wrapped it up very nicely and secured it in a box. Above and beyond excellent customer service.
I just called and inquired about a payphone I thought they had in the store. The gentleman that answered the call, didn't sound pleasant at all. Geesh. I asked if he knew if they're were any in the area, and he said "I just manage my own store" what a smart alec comment to say to a consumer. But that's not what I asked you, and you didn't have to say that. What a snide individual that doesn't need to be managing anything but his personality. Years ago I used to shop there pretty often, but the customer service has changed, as well as the store. Awful.
Great items at the store but kinda high. Not sure I would make the trip back. Also the staff is unfriendly and rather cold.
