Office of U.S. Rep. Lloyd Smucker, Lancaster PA

Doesn't create what his constituents want.and his office cuts people off that are rationally explaining what the people want

I went to their office to get help with an immigration related query. The lady at the reception was amazing, took time to understand my problem, handed me the document to put my information in, and gave me contact card of the person who is going to help me with my problem. I was little apprehensive before going there but left with a great experience! The office had a very welcoming environment. The perfect experience you need from a U. S.representative's office.

2.6 stars? Does this equate to doing his job badly?
In honesty we dont know the details of each persons' experience. If I asked what he thinks of intergalactic conspiracy, well I might not get an answer.
We can ask from the office how he has voted on specific proposed bills and if we get no answer within a reasonable amount of time we can request reports on roll call votes on the bill. But not all bills have a roll call.

Thankful he stands for small government, low taxes and those that can't speak for themselves - the unborn!

Contacted his office about a couple of problems with government offices. Got no assistance and all I really got was a monthly letter stating he has contacted the agencies and asked that I be given all considerations. Still the same problems exist. Complete waste of my time and government funds for all the carbon copy letters. I will be registering to vote this election and voting for anyone that can replace him. I'll even offer up yard space to anyone running against him. Our present government is a joke. Somebodies gotta be able to do a better job for the people.

My husband and I are so appreciative of Mr. Cammauf and Congressman Smucker’s help with our USCIS process. Thank you for your help during Covid times and looking into our case for us. The office has great communication with us and the community! Thank you!

He doesn’t do anything! Another government official who’s worthless. It’s sad how much money he makes, all for the sake of kindling in eternal torment. Once he hits that place, he won’t know what hit him!

Mr. Smucker and I agree on many things and disagree on one. However, he is very open to listening to his constituents. He took time and I believe listens to address concerns. I am going to follow up with him regarding the issues we agree on and see about a middle ground compromise on what we disagree on. Overall I am satisfied with the office and his performance.

Mr. Jelly Maker can't even vote yes to this inquiry on impeachment that it be opened to the public? What oath did he take when he was voted into office (a big mistake) ? Defend the Constitution? Or was it to defend his party and Trump? It is obvious to most it is the latter. Get a grip Schmuk do your job. November at the latest will see him and Trump gone.

Rep Smucker has never "listened" to me as a constituent and his responses are most often boiler plate responses vs.addressing my direct questions. This is simply bad representation by an elected official.

When I ask Rep. Smucker a question concerning his opinion on a specific issue - he has NEVER contacted me. This is not what a good representative does.
