4Does not return calls. Does not support family helping child. Refuses to help with college, refuses to help get a job. I did more myself than she did for us. Even told lawyer we never opend a case with them. I have proof.very nasty and rude. When u work with the public you need maners.these people need help not attitude.
I have been trying to go through OVR since August of 2021, it's not April of 2022 and I haven't gotten anywhere with them. They are not reliable and they don't call back.
My son was supposed to get some services while in high school. He really did not need them but they offered him help with job and training and such. They did absolutely nothing but collected the funding for him. Would not recommend if you really need help find another agency
Theres no service and not able to reach them for long time as even I try go in and no one let me in unless I have appointments with them.this is not what I experience with another city was so easy access and already help me out right away when I come in as whatever I need and theres video phone to contact with deaf co worker there.but not this one.none of help and do nothing.
