The service at this place is horrendous!
The people have no human emotion or care about the customer.
You are felt like you are a burden to thier work day. The young lady who talks to you as if you are a child with passive aggressive tones.
It is obvious this person does not like her job or the public.
I have had nothing but a bad experience from the eye exam to the purchase of very expensive glasses.
This is the Clarks Summit location. I have never been to the Scranton location.
I would stay far away from the Clarks Summit location. The people there are not customer friendly.
You are a dollar sign to them with up sells and not a valued customer.
Worst optical experience ever in my 50 years of wearing glasses.

Great service. Purchased a superb pair of glasses. Finally also have a superb pair of contacts and ordered another replacement set.
Would recommend them to everyone.

Very professional and efficient. I was waited on immediately and very satisfied with the staff attention.

Disappointed with their service. Maybe I purchased probably the cheapest frame and lenses, I was treated terribly. More importantly, the frame was broken two later, apparently there is a flaw in the production.

Just needed glasses quickly and for a short term before cataract surgery. They were very accommodating and didn’t try to push unneeded extras on me. I just walked in and I was helped immediately.

Awesome staff, Dr. Darbenzio is great, courteous, polite, and professional.
Great experience and service.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nick is always good and thorough in his exams.
