Dr. Kim is a blessing from God. He turned my life around from walking with a cane with a lot of pain to being pain free with robotic hip replacement.
He has an excellent personality and very friendly and down to earth. Spends time with you, and explains things clearly. His office assistant is very nice - Loren.
Dr. Shank, and his team and staff have done a great job in helping many patients. Thank you all for your service, and keep up the good work.
I have gone to Dr DeLuca for years with my back problems. He tried everything possible before discussing surgery. I have had 4 spinal/back surgeries due to different discs compressing at different times and/or cracked vertebrae. I have NEVER received the absolute fantastic treatment from any other doctor I have been seen by for any health problems. Because of Dr DeLuca's wonderful demeanor, I don't mind staying in the waiting room for awhile as I know when I'm finally called back to the patient room, I will get the same attentive service as those before me.
Our son incurred a sports injury and we were recommended here. Wow is all we can say, the girls at the desk were great easing our sons worries about being hurt. The doctor was thorough and did a great job explaining everything. Not to mention that we were in and out in under an hour. We highly recommend OIP Injury Clinic.
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I just wish I would have found them sooner. I'm felling much better after visiting with them.
This company has the audacity to refuse to schedule a patient that is in pain unless they pay their measly 20 dollar past due balance. Seriously? My 20 dollars was going to keep you afloat this week? This company cares about one thing. $$$$$ don't waste your time with ignorant people that see you as nothing more than a piece of paper. The customer service rep that called me was also rude, cold, and didn't seem to want to even do her job.
