Old Lehigh County Courthouse reviews
14 Terrible organization. Nobody is in check with each other. Supervisors from their own department have no idea what employees are doing underneath them, and have absolutely no accountability.
I've been told three different things by three different people that all contradict each other, and they all work in the same department. Borough of collections refuses to answer any questions, or provide any employee names. Even though these employees work for our tax dollars, and the United States supreme Court declares they must identify themselves, they refuse to do so.
The supervisor of bureau of collections told me she has no accountability on who answers the phone. Mary-Ann from the same department has no hospitality training or education, and instead of answering elementary questions, it's easier for her to hang up on you. I've caught them in various lies, and upon calling them out in their lies they simply hang up the phone. Once I confronted the supervisor she was left completely speechless and didn't know how to retract her story. You would think an employee of a public courthouse would have at least a little bit of competence in their work.
Well went to court for my daughter.was treated with alit of respect and was in and out real fast.court did not take long at all
I had to report for jury duty. The process was very organized, the staff was friendly and professional, the building was very clean. It was overall a very positive experience.
Was well respected during my visit and, was given accurate directions to the credit union.
Everybody there was great they help me I wasn’t sure what to do it was my first time and they got me through it it was great thanks again
Lisa in the recorder of deeds helped me. She was excellent and professional made my day. I’m disabled and she didn’t make me feel disabled.
I am from Ohio an I moved up here for my ex so see can be with her dad that's a alcoholic and she put false charges on me trying to say i hit her but I don't hit women an children cops didn't investigated the proper way for anything they straight lock me up for something I didn't do well they forced me to take pay classes and then made me pay a lot of money and fines and I wish a lot of people from this state will be on my side and help sue the Lehigh county courthouse in the Allentown Police department in Salisbury township but every time you need help or something they always say all we can't help you there's nothing that can be done about it
Ibeenthis court house here in Lehigh county and to they was very professional.and very kind,
State trooper Barrell makes loud arguments and profanities at you in front of all the nice ladies in their while you wait for your MINOR traffic infraction hearing. He makes sure the judge hears him in the back ……. Strangest experience i ever had the judge is very nice and respectable though.
The staff of the judicial clerks for divorce is awful. They have horrible customer service and think they're better than everyone. They make mistakes, are very rude and have no accountability, nor do they want to help correct their mistakes, even when it's brought to their attention. They will always push the burden to the customer, HORRIBLE! They do NOT even deserve 1 star!
It is clear that Lehigh County court system was not prepared for an emergency such as this covid pandemic issue. I believe we may have a few judges who are striving to get things back to normal. However it is clear Lehigh Counties failure to run the legal system properly is evident.
Family court department ladies have been nothing but rude, never received my documents I needed and refused to send another.and when I asked, they gave a disrespectful attitude and said “ oh well I don’t know what to tell you, it’s not my problem “ then just hung up on me. And these are the people that are in charge of documentation that impact people? What a disgrace
I truly appreciate everything that judge Anthony did for me and everyone else who helped me. I had two kids with different last names but the same father I felt guilty and the people in the courthouse truly did help me get my daughter's name change so we could truly be a whole family again. Thank you god bless everyone.
I've only been here twice, both for a concealed weapons permit. Both times were very nice. I believe they are officers that do security at the entrance, and they were extremely nice and understanding when I had forgotten a survival tool in my wallet that had a knife on it. They placed it in a bag and i picked it up on my way out. Inside the Sheriffs office the people that have helped me both times were very nice and helped me quickly.
