Old Navy, Exton PA

Good place for jeans and a few other items, but for the most part, without sales or coupons, many of their prices are way too high. The quality of clothing as in many of their tops/blouses- especially for women, is poor, and not expected to last beyond a couple of washings. Recently, a huge promotion for 40% off attracted my eye, but at the register, the associate told me only certain items were part of the sale.and of course, none of the items I spend time shopping for were included.exceptions must have been in the microscopic print. I left everything I had on the counter and left annoyed.

They never have anything in my families sizes which sucks for us. But the store is pretty clean and the staff is as helpful as they can be.

The dressing rooms are trashed. The clientele that patronize this store just leave their stuff littering every single room. Gross.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. They got 4 star's because they needed to do a better job of organizing their racks, especially in the clearance section.

Not much in store compared to the online selection, including sizes or colors. Went online the same day and saw 5 times more than what this store carries, wasn't greeted when we walked in but I heard them greeting others. Plus I went with my husband and I'm pretty sure we were being followed by the badly dressed Indian chick working there. If she's supposed to theft management, she's not being very discreet lol she looks ridiculous. I promise I won't shop here ever again if this is how people of color are treated.

First off I want to Thank Lauren S.for EVERYTHING that she did for me! I ordered my stuff online for it to be delivered to my house, however, it got lost in transit like most of our orders so when I called customer service they gave me 20% off cuz I shopped on cyber Mon then I had to place the order again online for curbside pickup, which was a bit of a headache since they didn’t have everything that I wanted. Customer service said that I had to place the order online in order to get the extra 50% off for all of the aggravation! Which in the end would’ve worked out! When I got to the Exton store Lauren S.helped me out right away with helping me to find the rest of my order and then helped me again with looking for everything else that I wanted! She went way out of her way to be there for me! I looked around by myself for a little cuz I wanted to grab a couple of other items and she kept checking on me, asking me if I needed any help or if I had any questions! Not only that, at the end when I was ready to check out she hopped right onto a register and got me 64% off of my entire order! I made out so well that I actually felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders and I could actually enjoy my holiday now! Thank you for everything Lauren S, I really really appreciate EVERYTHING that you did for me today! For going above and beyond everything and making sure that I had a great experience with Old Navy! You’re the best!

Found some great deals on the sales racks! Surprised it was better than some of the online sales. I'm absolutely loving my overalls, and the fact the petite size fit me perfectly! Glad they're back in style. So many outfits to choose from too, which is not so easy to find for a petite woman. I found that Old Navy and Kohl's are the only stores that cater to petite woman.

Lovely, polite & helpful staff but the A/C was broken. Just did a fast exchange rather than take my time and shop.

I didn't like where the spots for curbside was it was pretty cramped. They should try and make it spread into the big parking lot that they have. Overall the online process was easy, sucked that they didnt have everything i wanted though.

Don’t offer curbside if you don’t actually do it. I followed all the instructions for curbside and I just kept getting hanged up on the phone. Poor service and poor quality clothes.

Always has the basics. Not ever impressed with prices but the atmosphere is always pleasant

Not a lot of people in the store, but they've done a nice job of signage and distancing. Always a good selection and helpful associates.

Had a great experience! Purchased a few outfits for my grandson. They had a great sale. Plenty of 50% off shorts. The guy at the front was very nice. He greeted me with a smile & told me the shopping carts were already disinfected. There was sanitizer as soon as you entered the store. The line was not very long. People (customers) didn't do a good job with social distancing, but the experience was very good.

Scammed me into opening another old navy account when I already had one. Now it’s showing past due payment. I will go to police now.

This store opened my old navy account without my consent. I already have an old navy credit card. Instead of swiping that credit card she opened a new account just because my card was on hold because of address change. She could have requested technical support but then she made a decision of opening a new account on store manger’s instructions. This is unfair and I demand justice. I’m filing a police report and opening a case against you.

This location is always a pleasure to shop. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is overall clean and well organized. Clearance areas tend to get a bit messy, but if you like digging for bargains, you'll have fun.
