Ericka the staff is always nice manager Don is very nice I shop there almost two to three times a week they make you feel like family never had a problem with waiting to check out out I love ️ this store and the staff always finding good deals nice and clean I just want to say thank you to this old navy it’s not that many stores you walk in and the staff is always friendly greet you always

Great store, great deals & wonderful selection of items. Staff is phenomenal Fifty percent of my wardrobe is Old Navy.

The store was clean and everything appeared to be in their perspective places. Calm atmosphere.

I was there trying on some much-needed jeans, because my old ones were shot! So, for my birthday in a week, I was being gifted with two pair, and I in turn bought another pair on sale for twenty dollars, making it a grand total of three pairs. I'm putting together a more casual look for the coming months ahead. I spied a couple more pair I might be interested in if the sale is still on.

Old Navy had what I was looking for. Great sale. Check out was not long at all. This time things were scattered around. They didn't have much. Shirts were cut small. SMH

Old navy is expensive for what is offered. It could be cheaper but the works here are nice and helpful. Def appreciate their clearance section.

Beautiful merchandise, wonderful service, dressing rooms that you can move in. Perfect experience!

The store doesn't seem to have a great inventory when I go however staff are very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The lines aren't extremely long, but sometimes you do have to wait for a cashier as it isn't always more than one person ringing up purchases.

Nice store friendly staff well spaced for social distancing and accommodating customers. It felt good shopping at this store!

Clean and stock up. There was not a lot of people. So the wait was nothing to wait for when paying.

Found the best $2 slides. Love these to travel & use for showering! On another note. It was awfully hot & stuffy in the store. Wonder if the air was broken.

A pleasant experience at Cheltenham's Navy's In store Pick Up. Service was quick and employee was friendly and helpful.

Haven't been in Old Navy in about a year, but today I found exactly what I needed, and the associate "J" was fun and awesome!

This store has quite a few items for different sizes and ages. Unfortunately I didn't get much because the sale was not extensive as I had hoped.

The problem with this old navy is the organization. They need to find a better way to keep this store cleaner and more organized. The employees are always nice and the prices are awesome.plenty of plus size clothes and theres always a sale!
