Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
16I know people are against chains but its noce to set down have a great pasta dish with the family. Service is great, foods good, atmosphere is nice.
I called ahead for seating at 4: 45. When we arrived we were told there would be a thirty to forty minute wait. There were plenty of other people who were not too happy. We waited about fifteen minutes and left.
Ordered online in advance when i arrived I was told my order wasn't able to be made since the power went out, but was offered other alternatives. So i chose some other option. There were no bread sticks either. Jeremy handled the sitaution with professionalism despite the circumstances. Thank you.
Service was wonderful! A little bit of a waiting (do to short staffing), which is understandable. Food came out in a timely manner, and was delicious! I can't remember our servers name, but his hospitality was on point.
One of the most reliable locations to order take-out food from. The food is almost always done on time, and they never forget anything.
I just wish they weren't so stringy with handing out their cheese and Andes Mints:)
Wow, we had delicious food and our service was beyond great, Tara is excellent! The restaurant was super friendly and a great place to have fellowship with a great friend! We will be back soon guaranteed!
Other then the kinda rude front desk lady's they said a 45 minute wait we wait in car come in to wait for the remaining 10 minutes and they tell us they called our name 10 minutes prior to that so only 25 minutes out of 45
other then that wait staff including the manager were very nice and the meal was great
This place diseases your food everytime I come here I throw up. They poison your food. I don’t recommend eating here you are safer going to any other place in the shopping center.
This place is about as close to authentic Italian as Taco Bell is to authentic Mexican. Difference is, Taco Bell realizes what they are. Pictured is their idea of lasagna which looks like it gave up on life long before it got it home. Waited 30 minutes in the parking lot, come to find out Amanda plum forgot I was out there, so food was cold. They charged us for, but forgot an extra side of meatballs. Just an absolute disaster - oh and on top of all that, the food was horrible. Never again.
I will never go to any olive garden again! Constantly disappointed lousy service always gets the order wrong. I'm done wasting my time and money.
We decided to give this location a try after having a bad experience before at the location in North Wales. We came in to celebrate my birthday, Amelia was our server & she made it the best! She really went out her way with her service. The food was delicious & came out quickly. We would definitely love to be back & request her, she’s awesome.
Not the same place we used to enjoy.was much less than 1/2 full with a 45 minute wait! Rock-hard breadsticks. 'Last time we go there!
Great service great meal! We only waited 10 minutes when they said it was 20 minute wait. Service was excellent food came very fast we got our drinks immediately and our salad and bread arrived minutes later. We had 3 of us all of us ordered something different every entree was a good size all came hot and tasted very fresh. Our waitress was very friendly not overbearing and catered to our 91 year old sharp spunky father. We got 2 meals to go for Dads neighbors who have him for dinner at least once a week. Great value for the money. It wasn't crowded actually pleasant dinner without all of the usual loud chatter in a restaurant. Will definitely be returning to this Olive Garden.
My family dined at this location last week on the the way home from a family outing. I can't say enough good things about our experience. From our arrival to our departure and everything in between was just fantastic. The hostess in the front (I didn't catch her name, I'm sorry, but she had long dark hair) went out of her way to sit us quickly, and was friendly and delightful. Our waiter was fantastic and very attentive (I forgot your name too, I'm sorry!). This was the best experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time and the two individuals that I mentioned truly take pride in their work and have a strong work ethic. Thank you for providing my family with such a great experience after not dining out for so long. We will surely be back to this location even if it's out of our way. Thanks again.
Hello. So we had to wait 1 hour for food and took forever to give us bread sticks and soup. The Alfredo was good and the drink but it took so long for our refill
Went with friends of the family. We were told it was an hour and a half wait. But not even half an hour later, we were seated (8 of us in the party). The food was tasty as usual and the temperature perfect. The server was very kind and accomodating. The restaurant cleanliness was above par. The food was served in a fast, timely manner. I will definitely recommend this place. Tbis one was in Collegeville.
