Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Bala Cynwyd PA

A little short staff staffed our waitress was friendly, quick and courteous! In addition to serving she was the bartender, and quite good at that too!

The absolute worst Olive Garden I ever been to, they ran out of everything on A Monday and took forever to bring my food out

I enjoyed my time and the chill environment that was st Olive Garden. I hadn't been there in many years so it was nice a nice relaxed change from where I'd usually frequent for a dinner out with my wife. She staff was nice and everything was pretty cool. The place was visibly clean and smelled nice and the bathroom was clean so the place was fine. All staff wore their masks and I felt safe eating in with wifey!

The First Set Back Was The Greeters/Reservationist. The Young Man Was Sooo Overly Excited To Tell Me "There's An Hour To An Hour And A Half Wait". Negated To Mention That "There Was No Wait At The Bar/I Was Free To Dine There (However, Despite The Chicken Gnocchi NOT Being Up To Par (i.e. NOT Creamy) As It Should Be. It Was Toooooo Loose/Milky My Other Food Was Good ;-)

At this time the restaurant is short on staff, thereby there is a waiting period. Though the food was good, the food portion of the lasagna was smaller than previously.

Took forever to get a seat! They seated people before us, even though we were supposed to be next! Then when we do get seated they set us up on a table for five, we were a part of seven? Now were waiting for drinks. #: ;&!

Our experience at the bar earlier today was superb. The bartenders name is Kay, her drinks were delicious and she treated my husband and I absolutely amazing. We originally wanted a table but the wait was “ 1 hour to an hour and a half” I was skeptical to sit at the bar at first but now it will be our first choice.

Excellent location! Great food/prices/menu! Drink was exquisite! Free parking and handicap accessible parking! Must wear mask and social distancing! In shopping mall near bank, supermarket and gas station! Friendly atmosphere! Waiter was very professional/accommodating! Must go! Enjoy! ️️

Great food great atmosphere. I gave 4 stars because they have open tables but customers have to wait over and hour to eat. I was able to eat and drink at the bar with no problems.

The food and service was good. The waitress was very nice. I think her name was Kay. We did have to wait almost a 1/2 hour to be seated though.

I’m very impressed! I received superb customer service, the kind you honestly don’t find much anymore. Cee the host and Anthony the manager were very prompt and professional with assisting me. Kudos to both of them for showing an example of how you should be treated during a dining experience! They really made my day, keep up the awesome work!

The Seafood alfredo was delicious, however the salad is not like it used to be. The lettuce was brown and wilted and I only received 2 black olives which used to be my favorite. The breadsticks were cold and hard. I saw one of the staff outside smoking a cigarette in a filthy uniform and in need of a serious haircut. I was glad he was outside and not preparing my meal. There used to be emphasis on appearance in the food service industry but I guess times are hard.

Food was what I remembered from Olive Garden. Staff was friendly. Service was fast enough.
What I didn't understand was why everyone was seated in one clump. I was closely surrounded by strangers, while there were plenty of open tables and booths to practice social distancing.

Our waitress Dee she was awesome, there was a party of 8 of us, our order was prompt and completely right just the way we asked for if. She even took the time to take a photo for us as we were celebrating mom's 82nd birthday. She went above and beyond what we expected. Thanks Dee!

I went to the Olive Garden with a Friend for lunch and the staff was So Plesant and Courteous and they Truly Follow Social Distancing Guidelines. A Wonderful Time out in the midst of this Pandemic.

The restaurant didn't smell great. The plates were not clean neither was the coffee cup. Had to send that back. My guest did not like or eat her Shrimp Scampi. Waiter did not ask why she didn't eat her abiut the food, I guess because she sent the coffee cup back. Our experience there was not good. I started to go to the one in Willow Grove. Next time follow your first mind.

The place is pretty clean in general. The average wait time (post-covid) at peak hours is about 45 minutes. If you do to-go its ready in about 30-40 mins. The food is also good. Great place if you are in the mood for pasta. I always love the chicken & gnocchi soup along with thier breadsticks. The entrees are very big and I always end up taking food home. They don't have much of a selection when it comes to desserts so don't expect much there. But it does have a nice atmosphere.

It was not great lol. Took almost 15 minutes for a server to come and greet us. The tables around us that were sat after us were greeted first. My friends and I were the only white people there. We got a lot of stares. Food was OK. Some of it was very obviously microwaved lol. Just not impressed and definitely won’t be back anytime soon.
