I can't thank Oliver's Flower shop enough for the help they gave me ensuring my friend received a lovely arrangement for her birthday! By my own fault, I chose a delivery date where my friend was out of town. I called Oliver's after I realized my error and they went out of their way to help me make it right! Amazing customer service and a gorgeous arrangement. She was so pleased. Thank you!

Delivery instructions weren't followed, arrangement didn't look anything like what's on the website, the stems were cut too short for the vase, recipient noted that the arrangement wasn't put together very well or with care. I've had better experiences with other shops, don't expect to use this one again.

While flowers speak for themselves…The price is right. Each bouquet I’ve received had lovely complimentary colors. The clear eye for natural art is so satisfying. Thank yinz.

The flowers I received for Mothers’ Day were very distressed as they were delivered Saturday when I did not get home till late at night. When I called the shop, I was immediately assured I would receive another arrangement by Wednesday. I did and they were beautiful and still r lovely 5 days later.
