Sam was amazing, give this man a raise! I had a service scheduled and the week of my Lennox tstat screen went blank and unusable. Sam did an amazing job with checking it out, diagnosing, and offering my options. Because everything was installed by Oliver a new one was covered under warranty. Sam was able to get the part next day and installed right away. He had patience and took time to answer my questions about everything. I'll be a customer for life because of this situation and outcome. Really glad Oliver backs their installation and stands with their customers where many do not. Thanks Oliver & Sam!

Recent plumbing work, annual inspection and hot water heater replacement (back in Dec 2022) went really well. Great service and friendly technicians.

Customer service is beyond excellent. I have total confidence that my heating and air conditioning needs will be tended to with knowledge.

Our HVAC system went. We had Morevent install a new one in October. OLIVER canceled 3 times and finally showed up. Charged me over $300 to tell me the heater has a hole and can no longer be turned on. We were paying $22 a month to be high priority. We were not.
Morevent gave us the best deal for the HVAC and were honest, on time and good people. OLIVER was angry We didn't get the system from them and 5 months later is still trying to take money from our bank. We have made over a dozen calls. The woman is outright mean and nasty. Continues to tell us we can't just stop paying. We keep hearing they will talk to a manager and a call back. They never do. And continue to send bills and try to take money from our bank. They are dishonest, mean people. Go with Morevent. We couldn't be happier We found them and love our new system.

They just replied. Said they called and left a message. Neither my husband or myself got a call or a message. Definitely, no notice of a refund but rather they tried to take money out again 24 hours ago.

They send two young men with below average intelligence levels to your home home stand in your basement and waste time then come up and say all good. My camera shows them talking about the nights plans instead in looking at my heating unit.

I had my air conditioner services in preparation for the upcoming summer season. I can't say enough about the service that I received. The Technician was great. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Mr. Oliver you have a great employee in John L. Because of this great experience I will continue with your company and advise my friends and family to do the same. Thank you again for a great experience.

We used Oliver to replace our boiler earlier this year and I called them to take a look at a toilet tank that was leaking after I replaced the hardware. The technician showed up and without really spending much time trying to diagnose where the leak may be coming from, lifted the tank lid, looked at the year (1984) and said we need to replace the entire toilet.quoted us over $1,000 for a new toilet, $800 to try to fix the existing tank or $700 for them to install a toilet we would provide.
After I said that I would want to think about this, we ended up paying $250 for a 15-minute visit (the $90 arrival fee was disclosed when I made the appointment) and when I asked what was the additional charge.the answer was that it was the analysis fee.

Very positive experience all around. From the initial tech visit to repair and diagnose our heat pump, to the salesperson who came out to give us a quote and walk us through purchasing, to the guys who came out and did the install, to the office staff who helped us with post-purchase. Thanks!

The tech who came out, Ernest, was fantastic. Super nice, kept me updated on his arrival time and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was going on with my unit.

Called Oliver at a neighbor's recommendation. I asked for a service contract for heating and cooling. Jack Philp was out the very next morning for the initial inspection. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and provided sensible recommendations.

I am extremely impressed with the amount of time and professionalism the team of Ron, Brian, Jeff and Anthony on the installation of new hot water heater, heater and AC. They arrived on time, covered the floor before getting started and removed the old equipment, and cleaned up everything like they were never here. They ran into an issue with the way our old thermostat was wired but brainstormed a solution, ran the proper wiring and installed the new thermostat, hats off to the "fish master". Definitely our go-to company.

Kimberly made it super easy to schedule duct cleaning for my business and residence simultaneously on a tight time schedule. Because of her expertise in figuring out what I needed, and getting it scheduled asap, I signed up for a maintenance plan for my residence and my business. Brandon was my service tech for HVAC. He went above and beyond to work on a system that had not been maintained by the previous owners. Exceptional work! Very professional! I'm really happy with Oliver Heating and Cooling.

My entire AC/Heating system crashed and Oliver Heating was there promptly. They removed an old broken system and replaced it with a top notch, energy efficient system. It was not any easy job, since it required lifting and replacing a heavy unit inside and out in tight awkward locations. Three guys (Ron, Brian, & Jeff) showed up at 7: 30AM and put protective covering on my hardwood floors and had my new system up and running by 12 noon. They were extremely professional, efficient, and worked really well together.
