Ollie's Bargain Outlet reviews
14Store needs renovations. Customer service and products were great, but store building definitely needs work done
As a part of my Early Childhood Education assignment I contacted the store for further information regarding the email ID of the store (where I am supposed to collect resource list and contacts of the store where I can find inexpensive materials for children). A guy named “ Josh “ was so rude to me even after saying I will email him, my college letter regarding this assignment. They declined my call with out even responding to it. It was very rude of them.
Poor customer service at checkout. One clerk and at least 6 people behind me in line. Checkout clerk ask for help-but manager states he was on break. Manager should have opened the other register.
I used to enjoy Ollies for their great deals, but unfortunately they are now no longer a place I can shop. While Ollies advertises they require face masks to be worn by customers, they do nothing to enforce this. As someone who has a compromised immune system, I need to depend on a store’s word that they are actually protecting me and others like me. Ollies definitely does NOT. I was met by several shoppers who were unmasked and uncaring of my condition. I brought this to the attention of a store employee, who stated that they could do nothing. If I would have known in advance Ollies only pays lip service and does nothing to back their promise of health safety, I would have never exposed myself to their negligence. All others with health condtions, heed my warning!
You can find just about anything here for great prices its worth checking out. The store can be a little cluttered and overwhelming but overall its a good place to shop.
The cashiers and sales associates are friendly. This store seems slightly unorganized, but they have so many things. Fishing gear, door locks, paint, flooring, health and beauty etc, etc! I enjoyed my visit.
I usually love going into this location over the others due to the organization, but this time was extremely different. You had to step over boxes and uboats, some aisles you couldn’t even go down. When we checked out, the cashier asked if we wanted to make $5 because they weren’t getting carts from outside.
Love Ollie's because staff is always friendly and you do get great deals. This week sparkling water 8 pk for $1.49. Life is good!
Great store for picking up discounted products. Good opportunity to pick up toys or games that other big box stores no longer carry.
Amazing place to shop forget Walmart prices are decently priced they have pretty much anything you need plus workers are very polite.
One of the best Ollie’s I’ve been to (out of about 3 different cities I’ve lived in). One of the largest, maybe not the most organized or orderly but you can find some good deals here.
There is so much stuff, but it is sort of departmentalized and quite reasonably priced. One back corner of the store was inaccessible due to pallets blocking the aisles. I will check it out again!
Helen, our cashier, was working right along and was very nice, but the other checkout lines were a mess which led to a long wait. Only 2 functioning cashiers (2 others couldn't get "signed on" for some reason), and the other cashier was inactive for a long time, waiting for an employee to find some item for the customer in his line. Not inclined to return to this store.
Some things are cheaper here than most other places. Jeans are a great deal as long as they have your size. Other things don't seem like bargains.
