Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Pottstown PA

I stood in line to 10 minutes to checkout with a cart full of stuff while the cashier stood talking to a customer about getting a Ollies card account. I finally pushed the cart down the aisle and said keep it. Not my first bad experience here checking out. I’m done, I’ll never shop Ollies again they don’t have their act together. I advise you save the frustration and do the same.

Some good deals on kitchen and home weres but it's a mixed bag of discontinued items and things that never sold.

A standard Ollie's with a slightly smaller selection, the one in trooper 15 minutes away is larger and newer

You go there because it's cheap and you never know what you'll find. Found a deebot wifi automated vacuum for $149.00 Amazon was minimum $10 more if not $20 they had me at "it's cheaper"

Best place for random needs and wants at dirt cheap but the electronics have high quality at dollar general

I love Ollies! I found large area rugs for 2 rooms that I recognized from another store that charged a much higher price. They both look great and at a fraction of the price. Ive found curtains, home accessories, grocery items, housewares, pet items, you name it. Take your time and look. There are deals everywhere.

Store is struggling with organization and is short staff. Social distancing is pretty much non existent.

Love their carpets! They offer a wide selection 4 reasonable prices. They also have an incredible book collection. They are the kind of store where you never know what unique item and or great deal you're going to find around the corner!

I like to shop here for pet and cleaning supplies. Gardening and season holiday items are priced well too. There are always surprises, like one time I found shelves of Bob's Red Mill products at a ridiculously low cost. But it's odd lots of stuff, so you never know what you'll find. The place is cramped and narrow like a maze, so it's hard to follow the new social distancing rules. Over all, it's a good place to shop to save money.

Its Ollie's, there's always something to check out! Needed an inexpensive can of paint (for a model rocket) and knew Ollie's was the place to go!

Not very community minded. Locks parking area when trains not running. Should allow parking so other businesses can grow. They want help to get funds from Berks County but dont want to help others.

I love this store. 95% of the time they have what you want or something will catch your interest. Everything is cheap

Ollies is ollies what can you say about Ollie's. The store could be cleaner some of the employees could be a little bit. Usually I can find some pretty deals

Sectioned off well, but not organized. Often have to search through, much like a yardsale or thrift store, to find what you want. Great sales though and decent products.

Ollie's Bargain Outket NEVER lets me down. I went in to find a space heater for the Man's Cave, and walla there they were.will be going again next week! I need more bargains. LOVE YOU OLLIE'S.

The wife and I were in a pinch for last minute Christmas shopping and hot diggity dog did Ollie's save the day. We were able to stock the tree with a ton of extra things for my nine year old, and she loved it all. 10 stars for saving Christmas on a budget!

The gentleman in the carpeting area was extremely helpful. What I checked out I had to 10% coupons and I had not realized they were both expired. The woman cashier took them and said they're no good and ripped them in half. When this has happened before in the Lehigh Valley Ollies, they were much kinder and said we will use the gun and give you 10% and I did hand them the card. Her behavior is uncalled for; she should not be a cashier there. I will never ever enter the Pottstown store again. She should be reprimanded for taking my card and ripping them in half whether they were good or not. She should have handed them back. I have often use this store in the past and loved it but she has soured my taste for Pottstown Ollies!

Not as clean as other locations, but had a wide variety of items at a great price. The shelves could've been cleaner and more organized. The staff was very friendly and informative.

Go there randomly just to to see what's there, prices are good but it's so terribly cluttered and unorganized that I get frustrated and have to leave.
