Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Wilkes-Barre Township PA

If you have been into any other Ollie's before you know what to expect. Good prices and a decent set up store that's a bit messy it adds to the charm. Now something that isn't on Ollie's more on the owner of the strip mall. The parking lot is absolutely horrendously riddled with potholes of all shapes and sizes especially down the Ollie's end. Been bad for years now and zero reason the mall owners haven't fixed it.

Lots of bargains on toys, bedding, some hair products, lots of dog treats. Join Ollie's army for special discount.

Was in your store in Wilkes Barre on Friday night stood in line for at least 20 minutes with one cashier running when the other 4 where in the room in the back laughing when I went to thelady room

Ollie's is spot on with their "Good stuff cheap" slogan. They have so many different things. Toys, books and journals, art supplies, home goods, car accessories, small tools, electronics, hygiene items, food items and more. It is very easy to walk into Ollie's looking for a particular item and walking out with a bag full of stuff. I enjoy the store and the good bargains I find. I have shopped there many times, and I will continue to. Also, the staff is pretty friendly and helpful, the store is clean and I've never had a problem if I've had to return or exchange something. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the checkout lines can get a bit long, but it's not a reason for me to stop shopping there!

Always find what im looking for! Great deals on a variety of things, always get my shampoo and conditioner from there, I always get my rugs from there as well. Just too many things to name, and the staff is always very pleasant!

I spent about 20 minutes digging through their very unorganized carpet section. I was looking for a rug for a particularly awkward sized room and it really didn't need anything special, hence the reason why I was looking at Ollie's. I found a rug that was sitting under a pile of 100 lb worth of other rugs. It didn't have a price tag on it but I spent about 20 minutes rolling up all those other carpets in order to get this other carpet out while all these employees just walked by me and watched me. It took me about 20 minutes to pull the rug out and when I asked them how much it was they had to look up the code that was written on underneath and you can tell again that that code was written at least 5 years ago if not more, but they want to charge me $30 for a tiny rug which the bottom side of it has been eaten away. When I tried to call the store to complain about the rep, the customer service rep answered the phone themselves and would not let me talk to the manager. She told me there's a process for discounting items but told me that she didn't feel like discounting mine. I've been a shopper for Ollie's for 13 years since I moved to Pennsylvania and that'll be the last time I go there.

Store has a new layout. Much better for organization. Prices are good & bad, need to know your product pricing.
Staff friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite stores. Dont go there looking for a specific brand. But great prices on a variety of things. If you are looking for books at great prices this is your place

Store is cluttered and disorganized. Nothing ever seems to be put out just dropped in the isle for people to rummage through

This is a NICE, clean and organized Ollie's. Very helpful staff. MUCH better, and bigger than the Mt. Pocono store.

Went there for the sale on canvas work pants, was able to find my size and purchase them at a good price.

Great place for discounts! Huge area rugs were on sale for $10. Books for everyone. Bought some for just $2.99 when they're way more expensive in other stores.

The store is unpleasantly junkie however, if you have the time to browse you will find decent deals.

The cashier was rushing me out the door as it was closing time but was more interested in getting a date with another other custumer, A bit more attention to the person in front of them would be nice-more of a generational thing I guess

Ollies is a great place for finding bargains while most stores are cluttered and unorganized this store is not. Much larger then most stores also shopping for ad items on the last day of sale is not a problem at Ollie' s unlike most other stores where you would never find sale items stocked on last day of sale.

Shop this store if you live between this store and Scranton store which is poorly run
