Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Butler PA

I am an Ollie's fan. There is so much that I find there. As is now important to know, restrooms are open and the ladies was stocked and clean, but NO frills. They were just finishing a 15% off entire order coupon event so some areas like food was pretty well picked over.
Great things to get at Ollies: inexpensive floor covering, household linens, dog toys and treats, k-cups, small hardware items such as for hanging pictures, food items (I occasionally find gluten free snacks).
Since they purchase over runs from suppliers and other retailers, the inventory does change. I have a convection toaster oven that I bought at an Ollie's 15 yrs ago and it still works well even to bake a pizza or biscuits.

I always find something in Ollies I can't live without. Lots of good deals. The bathroom area could use some spiffing up.

I wish I could give less than a one. There is a grey haired man working there at the Butler, pa store and he is the laziest man I have ever met. Gave me attitude because I wanted to buy planters from the store. I ask him 3 times to help me with the large ceramic planters as they were heavy and he kept shrugging his shoulders. I took the numbers in he wrote down to pay and again asked if someone could help me lift the 6 heavy planters he disappeared so he didn't have to help me and the lady at the checkout apparently doesn't know how to page ppl. How do you make it thr po ugh the day?
I will never be back and you should not go either Customer service is a zero!

This is a strange store. It has other store's rejects. It has cool new stuff. Some of the shelving is cinder blocks and plywood. It feels like a hoarder with OCD and toddlers arranged the place. But the stuff is useful and inexpensive, I think that's what they were doing for so it works.

Used to think this was a great place to shop.seems too many people working noone cashing folks out.stood in line for 15 min only 1 register open.put all my stuff back and walked out.soo sad.going to five below.also brought stuff back noone asked me if i was waited on or could be helped.given the run around as to where to stand what lane to be in.couldnt decide what to do with me.just couldnt believe it

Not a lot in this store that caught my attention personally. Alot of stuff you dont see at every store. Very impressive prices on everything I did look at and if you've got time to keep looking you will find things you didn't see the first time you looked.

I love the deals.but it's really dis-organized
But I imagine getting all these products stocked in order would be a daily challenge because items change so often.

There is a lot to see, but it was a little overwhelming with several of the staff within site BUT no one willing to even say "hi" or offer some assistance.we left after about 10 minutes.

Awesome sales of brand-name and generic appliances, foods, housewares, hardware, some miscellaneous electronics, school supplies, pet supplies and accessories, and seasonal merchandise. Rug heaven. Great book selection for all ages. It will become a favorite store.

Was busy but all employees where smiling and greeted us. And being a Ollie member I got 15% off of everything I bought today!

I always like Ollies. Staff r helpful.
I asked about Christmas returns. They will accept Christmas returns over 30 days.

This place at expired food and stains on shirts disgusting and there were a cat tree that was already falling apart unorganized and disgusting

I like Ollie's. Great prices. But they need to have more then one line open when they are busy. I wasn't thrilled standing in line with one item for 20 mins.

The place is very cluttered. Many food items were out of date. The layout of the store is utter madness

This store is amazing, they have anything you can think of and a couple you didn't existed, the workers were very busy, yet still nice

Love this store! There always is a huge selection of books for the whole family, random items you don't see at other stores and they are all at a great affordable price!

Picked out a few things but lines were too long due to discount coupon offer, I put it all back and I left.

They always have what I'm looking for and rarely are expensive. They usually beat everyone else's prices around! Great store to buy anything you need or want honestly! Their staff goes out of their way to help you and is courteous!
